I will never shop at Hibbets again. I placed an order today and unbeknownst to me my order was cancelled. A few hours later I placed the order again thinking that there may of been an error on my end, and it was cancelled again. Silly me placed a 3rd order, used a different debit card and that order was cancelled. I call customer service only to be told that I cannot place anymore orders because the system thinks I have the intent to sell. Wow, a $30 order for some cleats that my son is in need of and I have the intent to sell. This is disheartening and very disappointing because I order from Hibbets all the time. You all have just lost a valuable customer. I've never had this issue out of footlocker.

Took way too long to ship, then refunded me but it didn’t go through. Not sure if I will receive my shoes

This place always want you to raffle crap , but you will never win.. the employees are on top of all the new shoes and already have them sold.. when did shoes become a lack of need? Don’t waste your time this place is SCAM WITHIN THE FAMILY

If I could give this place a zero I would worst place I ordered from shipping take forever

I bought a pair of Nikes it took forever to hear from them about what was going on with order come to find out they said sneaker was in stock but they had to go through eight stores to find that sneaker because the stores do not update their inventory stock so I finally get the sneakers almost 2 weeks later and guess what bottoms of sneakers are dirty because somebody obviously wore them so I contact customer service absolutely useless not really interested in helping me out at all As a matter fact the customer service rep was kind of arguing with me really don’t shop at this store there’s so many other better sneaker stores to shop at skip this one. Garbage service and selling used items. I’m pissed off and disappointed.

Hibbett is one of the worst possible websites you could order from. I've had many past experiences with Hibbett and most of the time the orders I make get canceled without my notice due to problems that Hibbett has within making sure that their stock numbers aren't correct or my item gets lost in transit before making to UPS to be delivered to me. This is the worst company to order anything from.

I ordered a bulls hat in July for my little brother birthday. I was told before ordering it and after purchasing it that it would be delivered 8/03. By 8/05 My brother’s birthday had passed and I still hadn’t received the hat even though the shipment details were still saying delivered 8/03! By 8/07 the hat had still not come and I had to call customer service to find out the hat I ordered was out of stock and they didn’t know when the hat would be re stocked. Why allow the hat to go in my cart and why accept my money if the item wasn’t even in stock? Not only was I out of a birthday gift, I had to wait days for my money to go back into my account. Major inconvenience!

Worse company ever !!!!! my 1 year old daughter started daycare , i ordered ONE pair of shoes ONE and haven’t received any updates, its been almost 3 weeks.. i filed a claim now i have to wait another week or so just to get approved for my claim and im sure another week for my money back, this whole process has been a nightmare! please do anything but order from Hibbet! the company SUCKS!!!!!!
