I Have been trying to win a raffle ticket for like three years now every time I sign up for the raffle I never win but I see the same people win what’s up with that?

Horrible customer service!!!!! Never again! This was my first and very last encounter! They do not value customers time or money! The representatives constantly give you false information!! Not to mention they get ruder once you go in store. Then they take the money off your card in a second but can’t send it back in the same manner!!! Just bad business! Will be reporting to the BBB. They’ve been trying to sell me used shoes that smell like gym socks and have clearly sign of some wear! (Scuffs on the bottom) . I just got back into town and I guess they thought I wore them smh! This is the second time they have done that. And tried to spray the shoe as if I wouldn’t even notice. Not to mention they won’t even return my money on my card like y’all took it off so put it back, I no longer want the funky shoe! They said they can’t credit debit card like that’s crazy!!! Y’all took my money easy tho. Just pathetic I’m a big shoe person, NOT GON FLY! you guys are horrible and I will never spend another dime with you guys especially not for a reliable Christmas/birthday gift! Unacceptable and poor!!!

The last few orders I placed with them online has been a disaster. One minute I get a message saying my orders are ready to ship, then the next I get a message saying my orders have been cancelled due to them not having in stock. I received a message a few days ago, my order was ready for pickup. Only to get there and they tell me my order was cancelled because the warehouse was out of stock. What does the warehouse have to do with my same day in store pick up for an item that I called ahead of time to make sure they had?

I have ordered shoes twice in the past year and both times had to cancel because the order just stays in processing when they should have been delivered 5 days after the order. Never order anything online from this company. If you are not in a store picking it out find another store.

Ordered pair of shoes online. They sent me two left shoes. Took me several customer service reps before someone was willing to help me. Supposedly they are going to be shipping another pair of shoes out. I left an honest review on their website and they chose not to publish it claiming it was against their community guidelines. I will never give them any more business.

Ship takes forever. And they advertise items they don't have.

I ordered product 10 days ago and still has not shipped. Unable to cancel. If there is an inventory or supply chain issue, at least let the customer know about it.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I ordered a product 7 DAYS ago, paid for express shipping and on the 7th day got an email informing me my order was canceled!! #LIVID. I called to find out why it was canceled and was told because they did not have the product in stock. Representative was beyond incompetent and didn’t have answers to any of my questions, kept me on hold for 30 min only to tell me that it would take 5-7 days in order to receive my refund. How do you take money from someone for a product you don’t even have & then hold the money hostage for 2 1/2 weeks! What a rip off! I feel robbed and I have a good feeling I’m going to have to continue to call for my refund
