PLEASE READ IF YOUR A LOYAL CUSTOMER: EARLY THIS YEAR, Hibbetts updated their raffle process. MANY customers read the terms and conditions. Within thier terms and conditions they stated that they implemented a new way to exclude bots and resellers by blocking accounts that spend alot of money. (Not verbatim) so if you are a loyal customer and never win raffles, that's why.. I've been shopping with Hibbetts for almost 8 years and all of a sudden all my orders started randomly getting canceled, especially if I used my hibbets points on my orders. I eventually called to ask why are my orders being canceled and was told they had my account block because I was flagged as a reseller. They told me they fixed the issue so I continued to shop there with my daughter and wife. Keep in mind Every shoe I've purchased from there I still own to to this I just recently tried to order someday and have pictures of my closet. I just recently tried to order some air max 95, not a high sought after shoe, guess what.. the order gets canceled. Now I have to wait weeks for my money to be returned because of a company named ROUTE they work with. The local manger shakes his head at they way the office and online treats me as a customer because he knows me and my family. In 8 years I've won 2 raffles. The local manger of a straight up guy and tells me that the employees are able to see who wins the raffles and they alter the raffles to make thoer friends win the shoes. The last pair I attempted to buy was on December the 16th of this month, a label was created on the 20th of this month. USPS has told me that they never received the item from the store. Hibbetts has alot of unprofessional individuals working there a horrible raffle process and the penalize thier loyal customers and deem us as resellers. Everybody is not broke and have to sale shoes for a extra 10-30 dollars per shoe. Mean while the boys and resellers are GLOATING online that they are getting 5 pairs of the same shoes from this company almost every release. Hibbets won't even call the store that made the label to see where is my shoes. I shouldn't have to pay extra money from stockx or goat etc for shoes that I will never know if they are real or not. Hibbets STEP UP YOUR GAME! I wish I could attach pictures to this post so you guys can see every shoe I've bought from hibbets over the past 8 years still in my closet and worn!! TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU CARE! Now a days I play the raffles just to play cause I know I won't win. Are employees at my job use to shop at Hibbetts for our sports team, In our next meeting I will be suggesting that we stop supporting hibbets and moving our hard earn money to another company that respects thier customers. I went to the last 3 raffles to see who won and was picking up shoes, every winner was young white boys or girls.. none were black ppl in the last month. TELL ME YOU GUYS ARE NOT DISCRIMINATORY IN ANY WAY!

I purchased an item from Hibbett.com for my son for Christmas. It was sold out everywhere else. When I ordered it there were like 3 stores selling it and 1 of them was in the UK, I considered it, but figured the customs cost would kill me. Another US store had jacked up the price to over $30 more than Nike (it is a Nike product). So Hibbett it is, I had shopped their stores before and trusted them. It said order today and get free shipping and it will arrive by Dec. 20th. So I did. I ordered on Dec. 10th. That gave them 10 days to get my order to me. Everything else I ordered on the 10th from other stores (Amazon, Dick’s, Bass Pro, etc) have all arrived. On Dec 16th I was worried about my item not arriving in time and no status update had been made so I decided to chat with customer service, He gave me no real information. Just told me it could take anywhere from 4-8 days to locate the item in a store and ship it out. So it should be shipping no later than Saturday. I said ok, if it ships on Saturday with the standard shipping of 3-5 days, I will get here by Christmas. So I let it go. I didn’t receive any updates until Dec. 18th when I received and email update that said it had been shipped. I clicked on the tracking and it said a label had been created but not yet shipped by UPS. I waited until the 21st and since no updates had been made to the tracking information, I contacted Hibbett again by chat about why it had not shipped. First he told me it would arrive on the 22nd, tomorrow. But I didn’t pay for expedited shipping so I was confused; also, the shipping information had not updated, it still said label created. I asked about that and he then told me it could take 3-4 days for tracking to update and to contact them again if it doesn’t update. It has already been 3 days of shipping not updating. So after repeating the same thing to me and not answering any of my questions he had me call them. I did and found out that my package was shipped but not by UPS, it was handed off to USPS and sent to Indianapolis. I am is St. Louis. They have to turn it around and send it back to me, so I should receive the Christmas Present for my son. The only thing he really wanted for Christmas. The main gift under the tree on Dec 27th. So I guess thanks to Hibbett, he will get to unwrap a picture of the item. I can’t even include the tracking information, because that is not accurate. I will never order from Hibbett again. And if anyone does order from Hibbett.com, don’t bother with the chat, because both times I chatted with customer service, they never answered my question, they just repeated the same thing over and over. Call the customer service line and wait forever on hold. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It truly was not his fault the Hibbett dropped the ball on this one and he at least had information for me that neither the tracking or online chat could give me.

My account was canceled because supposedly because I’m a reseller, LMAO ok , who check these accounts and make these decisions this is a joke. Very very terrible job, bad bad job to who made this decision not because of the outcome because of how your doing your job.

HORRIBLE .... wish I had read the other reviews before I placed my order. Misleading, Inefficient, Incompetent and outrageously arrogant/no remorse! Like others ... they accepted my order; they later gave me an updated delivery date; they sent something a couple days ahead .... promising Dec. 8th. Then on Dec. 9th (one day AFTER their failed delivery comittment) they THEN CANCELLED the order with an email ... "sorry, order cancelled ... here is a coupon for a discount on your next order"!! ARE THEY KIDDING!!!!!!! I would NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from them again. Relying on their Dec. 8th comittment, I missed all the Black Friday Sales, Cyber Monday Sales ... and now their very good price is not available anywhere (others had it slightly more) ... so i will incur $85 more cost plus expedited shipping cost! TERRIBLE ..... Elizabeth Warren - where are you to keep these types of "Bad Actors" out of our lives!!

Canceled my order 1 hour after I placed it. Ordered my daughter Jordan’s for Christmas and they charged my card just to say wait 3-5 business days. Now I have to spend even more money. Never ever order here save yourself a headache. They said the shoes were out of stock! I’m livid!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Order X-mas present - guaranteed delivery. 5 days later I get a notice THEY are cancelling the order. I called and they said they did not have the stock. I went online and they were still advertising the same jersey for sale. Now I had to spend twice as much after expedited shipping to get my kid his gift. All with no concern or remorse from the company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

First time ordering from this place Not only was my order delayed over a week the quality of the product sucked and ripped same day received and when I contacted them to see what can be done they said to return it that I pay for shipping, turn around and reorder it and wait even longer and then at the end of the conversation gave me a 10% off coupon. Horrible service to say the least, never again

Store was good but their raffle is trash. I have been waiting all day for result of the 11s and it's 553p and it still says results pending. Won't do alot of shopping there until they get their raffle issues resolved. Not spending money for nothing I can go spend my money somewhere else and get notified whether I won or not.
