Brought Christmas gifts for someone can't find the recipe for the purchase I DON'T WANT A REFUND JUST AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE THEY CAN'T DO THE EXCHANGE WITH OUT THE RECIPE

apparently my story is like all others I'm reading. sold me an put of stock item. and to top it off they sent me request to write a review. this morning I got an email saying they aren't publishing my review due to not being up to their standards haha. run away from this scam of a company and count your blessing you haven't had to deal with what myself and 80 percent of its customers have dealt with

Ordered an item on 12/14/21 for Christmas, with a delivery date of 12/20/21. Item never came, so checked on it before Christmas and they said it would come late and be discounted. Received an email the day after Christmas saying they were cancelling the order. First and last time to buy from them!

Awful customer service

This place sucks. Takes your money, give you a delivery date, never ships product just says its in process for over a week and half now. This was a Christmas gift needless to say it did not arrive. Im pretty sure they sale items not in stock. Take you chances with these guys.

Ordered shoes for both newphews to only come to find out that they were never ship gave me a date with no label being printed now all of a sudden the day they gave me was they day they will ship. I ordered to get back before Christmas now these mf saying other wise. Will never again order from these slow ass people pissed damn loyal customer
