Ordered baseball cleats online due to stores being sold out of the size I needed. I received a used pair of shoes, still covered in dirt. Customer service completely useless. The only solution they gave was to send the shoes back. Yeah that would be ok if baseball wasn't in full swing. The nearest place to go shopping for us is over an hour away. Some of us are still working full time. Who has time to run all over trying to find his shoe size.

Communication deficit all the way. I ordered my daughter Jordan 1 Flowerchild expecting a delivery date or at least a tracking number following the order being processed. I waited for 2-3 days and still no tracking number. Within a week of consistently checking, and being given the run around on the order status, I was finally told that they canceled the order. There was NO communication from Hibbett stating any of this information. I had to keep reaching out to them. If I would have known that they were out of stock of the item, they should have said that and I would have gone elsewhere. A complete waste of a week waiting for an item that wasn't going to come. I have to now break the news to my daughter who impatiently waited as well.

I tried ordering online and accidentally put my information in wrong and tried to correct it but the company banned me from their website and did not tell me why I have gotten banned. After reading the reviews I must say thanks for banning me cause you simply save me headache in the future of this company.

They don’t like to give your money back after they have received their return items… I have to call every time about my damn money

Hard to believe a store like Hibbett can accuse someone of reselling youth baseball equipment and block them from buying on their site. Years of loyal buying and you get orders cancelled all the time now. What am I going to do with a youth baseball glove? Helmet? Cleats? Come on Hibbett, you just loyal customer for cancelling orders I needed.

The “Raffle System” it’s funny how we are told it’s computer generated well I beg the difference. I’ve lost every raffle I’ve entered over the last 2 years. I’ve watched with my own two eyes how the staff in these various stores will give shoes to their buddies, let’s not talk about the resellers that can go into these stores and walk out with 6/7 pairs of the so called raffled shoe. I’m over it!!!

This is a terrible company. I bought shoes and everything is right shipping address. Shoes never arrived. They are being returned because of insufficient address which is a straight up lie. They will refund the shoes in two or three weeks. I bought these shoes as a birthday gift. Now I have no shoes, no money to purchase them somewhere else. Customer service is the worst. Not helpful at all. A total scam and a nothing company. Stay away!!!!!!

Bought some air maxes .pushed size 10 any they’re sending a 9.although there’s hundreds of reviews saying the same thing happened before to other people ,they’re saying it’s no way it was altered or incorrect .
