Hibbett SportsReviews of hibbett.com

I’m so upset and disappointed by hibbit sports!!!! Do not order from online!!!!!! I been waiting over 2 weeks after being told repeatedly I’ll have my daughter shoes before Easter! Although, the reps I spoke to appeared to be sympathetic… I’m still screwed. Do not order from hibbit online they will leave you stressed to max!!! Never again.

Worst online shopping experience ever!

I spend 1000s of dollars with you guys but can’t buy a launch shoe on launch day for years now why is it sold out before 10:01 wth I’m done never buying crap from this trash can of a sporting goods store Sincerely, Elizabeth bishop

I will NEVER buy from Hibbet sport again. I ordered a new pair of Jordan’s on Saturday and they were supposed to be here yesterday. Never got my order first of all, When I look up my tracking now it says no delivery day at this moment. This is a scam and I wish I would’ve read others review before I purchased!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Long time customer here. Very unsatisfied and disgusted with the customer service I received today. Ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my husband back in September and we just found out today that one shoe is a 10.5 and the other is a size 9. He’s a 10.5 so of course the 9 is way too small! We’re the type to buy shoes and clothes and put them in the closet until we’re ready to wear them .. well Iykyk!! I read the return policy and being that it has been past 60 days since the purchase WE DID NOT EXPECT A REFUND! We only wanted to do an exchange, we would’ve even taken the correct shoe if possible! But was told we could not return them online nor in store and that there was NOTHING that they could do about it! Now we’re out of $160+ and stuck with 2 different size shoes that can’t be worn. Now my husband says we have to find somewhere else to buy our shoes from. They just lost 2 loyal customers and I’m sad because we didn’t buy shoes from anywhere else besides Hibbett Sports! THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!

They have got to be the absolute worse of all times sporting store. I will never order from them ever again. Still have yet to receive my order and I cancelled it way before they sent me shipping notification. I have called them several of times with no help in resolving the issue. Now its going to take almost a month for me to get a refund. Save it HIBBET you will never my services again!

I buy a lot of sneakers. A LOT. I have about 200 pairs of kicks. I have shopped on most of the main retailers. The WORST of them is Hibbett. If you want to throw away your money, end up pulling out your hair dealing with the most incompetent customer service and find yourself asking yourself how any company this corrupt and mismanaged can stay in business, then this is your company. With so many other options from Foot Locker and Dick's to JD Sports and Finish Line, you have so many more ways to get good deals without wasting your time and energy on what can only be described as the world's WORST retailer. Put on your kick and don't just walk, but RUN to ANY OTHER RETAILER and far far away from Hibbett.

Hibbett is horrible! Worthless customer service and you have to constantly fight to get what you ordered and already paid for!! This company needs to be boycotted and made to close their stores! They do nothing for customers anyway!
