Thieves. My family bought me a total of 4 items for Father's Day. I needed large instead of medium, so with receipt and unworn items with tags intact, took them to the Hibbett in Temple Terrace. The girl whom claims to be the manager, helped me find the large size in a pair of shorts and a shirt, then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay more for the same 2 items in different sizes because they were purchased while on sale. I explained to her I did not want to return the items, and didn't want a refund because I wanted to EXCHANGE the same items for a different size She insisted on returning the purchased items, refunding me at the sale price and then ring up everything as a new sale at full price! WOW! She refused the exchange. I am reporting Hibbett to the BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs for fraudulent business practices conflicting with their published exchange policies in an attempt to scam me out of more money.

I would give a zero if that was an option. The issue is I ordered a pair of shoes from a Hibbett store while on vacation in Alabama (I live in Michigan). I received the shoes, they did not fit, and I tried to return but was told I had to return to a store; that corporate did not provide shipping labels for shoes purchased online in the store. I was not informed when I bought the shoes in Alabama that this was the case, otherwise I would not have bought since I paid full price for the shoes. I sent numerous text messages and talked with at least 5 different people explaining that I did not live in a state with a Hibbett -- the nearest store is in Indiana, a 2.5 hour drive one-way. Hibbett's customer service did not even try to be helpful but rather just repeated the same thing which is I had to return to a Hibbett store. I advise anyone thinking of shopping at Hibbitt's to go elsewhere. With all the options people have for purchasing shoes, why would anyone buy from them when their customer service is so poor. Based on other reviews, my experience is not unique.

Do not order from them. They charged me for two pairs of shoes. Only one arrived and when I called they said I would have to wait and file a claim but they couldn’t confirm if they mailed both pairs. Steer clear. And my fault for not checking trust pilot first

Stole my money.The staff is running a scam.Said they refunded me almost 3 weeks ago and I keep telling them the card ending in the number on the receipt is not mines.Not sure how many reviews and people I gotta get involved but I will escalate this to a lawsuit in the millions

I honestly think no stars shpuld be an option i order 6 pais of shoes from hibbets they only sent 2 pairs of shoes then sent me 2 toddler nike outfits i filed a claim they told me not to contact them until the claim was processed they denied my claim even though there was proof and kept my money so now im out of my 355.00 and 4 pairs of shoes i talked to a customer service rep name sherri who was not heplful she wouldnt tell me the reason for the claim or why it was denied .i have someone name dior ramsey order not my order but they wont give me my money back smh dont shop at hibbets they will steal from u.

I placed a order last night. $181.89 and the money was taken out of the account. Well this morning I get a email that says my order was cancelled which I didn't cancel the order. And the money was taken out and shows that the $181.89 was taking out of the bank account. I didn't cancel the order. Supposedly because the billing address is different from the shipping address. And I can not reach the corporate office of hibbetts I called the number in Alabama but it's it's not working I hope and pray this goes across the internet and no one buys from if it's anymore in store online

I placed an online order and an extra shipping charge was added at the last minute. When I tried to cancel immediately (the site claimed I had one hour). This bot told me it should work but it couldn't help me. Id have to wait until customer service was open..which is after an hour and they will no longer cancel it. Predatory company
