The customer service at the Baytown location sucks. The staff was in a huddle talking the whole time we were in the store. Not one person asked if we needed anything,or if they could help. They walked passed us several times. Let’s do better.

Hibbett’s Don’t Care About Their Customers! I never received the shoes. I forgot to include my unit number but called customer service immediately. I spoke to Sierra she told me because the shoes hadn’t shipped she could add the unit number she then in turn added to her put her notes that she told me she couldn’t add the unit number which was a lie. The phone calls are recorded which I expected Hibbett’s to listen and resolve the issue. I spoke to the manager and reached out to the CEO of Hibbett’s and his assistant I left messages on both numbers and still to this day no response. Hibbett’s don’t care about their customers which is proven by their actions of not responding and not trying to resolve the issue. I wanted my item not a refund. They refunded without trying to send the special item back.

Through some black magic determined that I am apparently buying with an intent to sell. I guess you're not allowed to shop for family/friends living elsewhere, which is fine with me because there's plenty of other hype shops I'd rather give my money too and convince my friends to do the same. I know Hibbett will probably see this and go oooohhhh youuuu got meeee ... but no seriously the fact that I took time out of my day to write this... established 1945, good luck surviving another decade!

went into a City Gear 410 Bel Air Blvd. Suite 52 Mobile Al 36606 On Mothers Day Sunday May 8,2022 between 5:15pm&5:30pm to purchase a pair of shoes before going to eat dinner. With very little womens shoes to choose from i settled on a white pair of air force 1 shadows. The sales man went to the back and came out with a box under his arm heading up to the register, i asked if i could try the shoes on, he said i dont have one like this but you can try this one on he then grabbed from the display an air force one. I tried it on it fit so i purchased the air force one shadows for $120 +tax that i couldnt try on and headed out the door got in my truck and left. As we are going down the road i relize the shoes are a half size to big so we immediately turn around and take them back to the same store i jst bought them from. My boyfriend goes in to return the shoes and comes out to tell me they dont give refunds only credit. I go in the store myself and asked ya ll dont give refunds the employee tells me no i said well you coulda told me that he then says there are signs i look up and ask where the employee then says its on ur receipt. The receipt i get after i have already paid for the shoes. By this time im late for dinner and frustrated and out of $120 + tax i take the gift card and leave. The next day i call and am told that there is a no refunds on the receipt i get after i purchase the shoes and on their website that i dont look at..it was a spur of the moment purchase that i didnt go on the website to purchase. I start looking on the website daily for shoes and find and order a pair of reeboks and nikes. I then immediately cancel the order due to a discount that i was supposed to get but didnt. They refund my credit on one digital gift card. I then reorder the same 2 pairs of shoes. When i receive them i take them out and immediately i dont like them so i put them back in the box and got the return labels emailed to me..2 different return labels addressed to two different places. I send the shoes back. I then get 2 different digital gift cards emailed to me one for the amount of the reeboks and one for the amount of the nikes. I continue to look on the website daily for shoes i finally found some on or around october 20th 2022 for $80 something dollars and get all the way to cash out where there is only one place for a gift card..so i call they send me to store support who sends me to online support where i ask how do i use two different gift cards on one order? I am told i cant. So I explained from the beginning my situation and asked can they combine the gift cards and am told no they cant do that either..so now i have 3 gift cards one for the amount of the reeboks one fir the amount of the nikes and one with the remainder of what i didnt use off my first gift card. So now what do i do??? I am very very irritated and extremely upset..this is ridiculous its time consuming and uncalled for..after all who doesnt give refunds these days especially if u walk back in the store to return the shoes within 10 mins after walking out the store?

Hibbett sports delivered the wrong shoes to me, I ordered a pair of air max 97 for my daughter and instead they delivered a pair of Timberland Boots. I was instructed that I would not be getting my order because now they were out of stock, I was also told I could not get a refund unless I went to work for them to make sure that they got their shoes back. I had to print out a label, repackage the shoes, and they deliver them to a shipping store to send them back, and then when they got them back they would issue a refund. They were going to hold my money so I could not go to another store and purchase a gift for my daughter and I needed to spend my time and gas money to fix their mistake. All they told me that they could do was issue a code for a 30% discount, like I would order from them again?????

I walked in to the store on Winchester and Hickory Hill Rd about 11:30 a.m.,in Memphis Tennessee, and I was about to buy some shoes when I noticed no one asked if they could help you. There was a little fake security guard at the door with a frown on his face. The experience was so disrespectful that I decided not to buy anything and left the store. I do not plan on shopping here ever. People need to learn proper behavior when dealing with customers. I do not shop where I am not respected.

I ordered baseball shoes and on a Thursday and paid $32.99 for overnight shipping expecting them on Saturday. I spoke to someone immediately after ordering to make sure they would be able to process the order. They told me if it did not get there in time to call back and get a refund on the shipping or some other accommodation. They didn't ship the order on Friday and just made the label. I called back and they said sorry we cannot help you. I own a website that ships goods and go through this all the time but we make sure our overnights make it on the truck. I have personally drove overnights to the station to make sure my customers are happy. This is why independent retailers are losing business to amazon and other large online retailers. I would have canceled my order if they said it would not ship Friday.

Follow up. After cancelling my order and refunding my money out of nowhere they shipped the shoes I ordered and took the money back out of my account. I received the shoes and they were the right size and everything but they really need to work out a lot of kinks with their online business.
