I placed a online order received partial order. And the Hoodie was filthy the arms was black dirty and stains in the front of a off white color. Thus is ridiculous to operate a business in this matter I needed my order by Saturday and it is Wednesday and I'm facing this crap. And the return sucks. Called customer service at 9:15pm and no one ever answered. What happened to 10pm.

You guys don’t have the Black Friday sales, so why even open. I feel the prices are way to extreme and lets me know you don’t care about customers with multiple children. These prices are for people who are single or customers with no children!

I'm not happy with you guys at all first it took for days for you guys to tell me that my package was delayed and second my shoes and my shoelaces are two different whites u guys need to do better

Warning: Be careful with Hibbett sports I am very disappointed in them. I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife and daughter. Today I found out the order was canceled (5 days later) & I am blocked from ordering because I may be a reseller/robot. No communication from Hibbett. I would not of found out if I had not called.

please do not order online, If you cant find your size in store... been 2 weeks now i Order shoes Worth $300 and yet shoes never arrived yet.. still waiting and the customer Customer service cant help you online. Beware.... the Hibbett online store is Garbage

I only voted 1 star because this was the only way to place my comment. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. I received the wrong merchandise and they have collected my money and the company they use call ROUTE has referred me back to Hibbett because they sent out the wrong order. No one from Hibbett has contacted me about this issue. I will, however contact them on tomorrow. I am totally upset and confused, I thought Hibbetts was a legit company not some over seas thing get rich quick scammer. I have been sent on an emotional rollercoaster throughout this whole process. I have not been issue a refund for my merchandise at the signing of this review. 11/13/2022

I would never buy anything from hibbet , after spending like 3-4 hours shopping for my family as i am traveling during holiday season they have accepted my order and then they have cancelled, stating that you would sell our products, last i have purchased my shoes like a year ago. Its rather giving my money to someother store than this. I am so disappointed with their service.

Terrible. They have attractive welcome offers and customer service is quick via the live chat, but that's where it ends. The odds are terrible compared to other major bookmakers. They charge a fee to deposit money (surely this can't be allowed) and I'm struggling to withdraw my cash after the stated 48 hours.
