Terrible. I order a pair of shoes. I put in the correct address. They shipped the shoes to the wrong address and tried to blame me. I even have an email showing the correct address and then an email when it was shipped with the wrong address. Customer service hung up on me. They tried to tell me that the shoes had traveled across country in 3 hours and had already been returned. I had already called the post office where the shoes were and had them stop the package. They lied to me and told me I couldn't have the shoes reshipped to the correct address. Then just hung up.

I have given hibbett several chances with online shopping every single order it is always something the product is great never a disappointment there but their shipping sucks. It takes over 3 weeks to receive your order.

Worst company i have ever bought from, selling USED shoes, dirty, busted box, nothing in the box but the shoes, and when you ask for a partial refund they offer you a 5% LOL, dont waste your time and your money, they clearly dont want your business. Also took 10 days to deliver my sneakers :)

Was given a delivery date of the 28th for shoes I ordered and now an being given a delivery date of the 4th of January. If date is changed again will be filling for refund

horrible customer service. would not honor the price when i needed to exchange for a different size - $40 difference......

Terrible company. Sent wrong item. Called them and they would not exchange for correct item, which they had in stock, at same price. They actually instructed me to file a “damage” claim because that is their process for wrong item delivery. Filed the claim under direction of their customer service. Not surprisingly the claim was denied because claim company doesn’t cover delivery of wrong items. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I received my order with 1 sneaker. I call to get this fixed, they tell me return the one shoe, we will refund the money and you order again. And she tells me can take 2 weeks mind you this is a christmas present😡😡

Two consecutive screw ups of epic proportions. 1. Sending me the wrong shoes. Toddler shoes, when I ordered adult dunks. 2. Week later, receive ONE, not TWO shoes in the box. How do you screw that up? Spoke to support and they absolutely do not care. No responsibility at all. Will never recommend anyone order online from this pathetic brand.
