The shoes I wanted were available in the store so I went to pick them up but the people working there wouldn’t acknowledge me or help me fine a size. so strange. Felt like I was bothering them, and was so awkward we left. My husband and I still joke about the experience it was so absurd.

Absolutely awful customer service both on chat and on the phone. I ordered an item and they sent me the wrong one. When I called, they told me the correct item was on its way. I never received a confirmation and when I called about it, they said the item is no longer in stock. The representatives are rude and don't care about providing good customer service. I'll never purchase another item from these guys again. Worst experience ever.

Ordered my expensive shoes on the 18th and its now the 27th USPS still says pre shipment. They claim they shipped my shoes and blame it on possible usps delays. I call BS! Now I have to go through all the the trouble to file a claim. NEVER AGAIN!!

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT purchase from their website. My package was shipped on the 7th got here locally and said arriving late for over 10 days. Package still not here i have had to go through leaps and bounds to get a refund and still don’t have my money back now. This is beyond ridiculous and I’ll never but anything again from this company.

Ordered Nike Jordan's. They came with a China tag on them with a note about the metallic could chip off. They are plastic. Not the real deal. Knock offs. Trying to figure out how to return them.

I ordered a grey adidas track jacket. They sent me a black one. I returned it and ordered the correct color again. And again they sent me a black jacket. Called customer service and reordered the jacket I wanted, and guess what? They sent me the wrong color for the 3rd time in a row. I will NEVER shop here again.

I ignored the horrible reviews and ordered shoes for my 7 yr old online. I've been bombarded by Hibbett emails which is to be expected nowadays however when I reached out to customer service about my order status I was informed I have been blocked from the Hibbett site based on my reselling their merchandise. What?? I believe they do not have the inventory to sell the shoes or are looking for reasons to not fulfill their orders. The rep said sorry, he could file a case number (whatever that means) but offered absolutely nothing as restitution. As a "reseller" apparently Hibbett is just fine with hitting my email with multiple ads every day. What a horrible experience.

Did an online order for pickup at $120. Picked the order up and an hour later received a PayPal notification that the order increased by almost $9. Chatted with customer service and they were EXTREMELY rude! Never again!
