Ordered two pairs of clearance Hey Dudes that I’ve been looking for on 4/6/23. First transaction was cancelled due to saying I could use a coupon code. They charged my card for it which STILL hasn’t dropped off as on 4/13/23. My bank says Hibbett has to release the pending transaction from their queue. Placed order a second time as directed to use the coupon code. The coupon code wouldn’t work. Estimated delivery for one pair was 4/8. Didn’t arrive until 4/9 which was fine. The second pair Estimated Delivery date 4/10. The second pair was shipped from Columbus, GA has traveled to Macon, GA. Then to Tallahassee, FL and has been sitting in Jacksonville, FL for Three Days. No one can give any answers of Why. I need ed these shoes for a trip I’m going on. The time it has taken. I could have driven the one hour to the store in Columbus. So now I have double charges on my card and have only received ONE pair of shoes. I had problems with Hibbet years ago and thought I would give them another try since it was such a good deal. I now see they have not changed or improved at all.

On 12 April 2023, at approximately 0806 CST Tammy did not resolve my refund issue and when I asked to speak with her manager, she responded “I have already addressed the issue and this is as high as you’re going to go “. When I asked her to explain why she would not transfer me or provide me with contact information for the person next in the chain to address my matter, she concluded the call and abruptly disconnected. I still need this sales tax matter of $.01 that I paid upon purchase to be addressed. I completed a survey after the call, and requested to be contacted so that we can resolve this matter and so that Affirm can credit me the full refund amount of $307.30 and not $307.29 for my Order….# 0017318919041

This place is a joke. Don’t order online! They took about a week and a half to deliver the wrong pair of sneakers. Their only response was you can return the wrong shoes and order a new pair of sneakers since the ones you paid for are sold out now. How are they sold out if I never received the ones I paid for? I will never shop with this company again. I should have listened to the other bad reviews I read and heard.

Went in the store in Rome Ga today around 4:40 there was three young men behind the counter on their phones I walked around the store looking at merchandise they never acknowledged and I’m not sure they even looked up. Will never go back

Ordered a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 sneakers they had on sale. I received a pair of Nike Air Max 90 for 1Y. The packing slip was for the correct sneakers, however, they clearly made a mistake when packing it. I called customer service -- they would not ship me another pair at the sales price even though they admitted it was their mistake. Advice -- stay away, they are a low rent operation without integrity.

I order some Jordan 1 all white say it was 8 left in my sizes so I order them on march 18 and today is march 29 and it still say processing!!!! I tried to cancel my order but they can’t cancel it customer service rep says

Worse they sent me a display shoe and one shoe missing and box has big sticker display these not smart people left the other pair on shelf

Ordered pair of puma suede sneakers one sneaker is new the other one is not they don’t even match and got no where with customer service.never will I order again from them
