1. I have to complain this customer service agent, he/she never want to help me with sorting out my question, he/she just end off the conversation and very rude!!! His/her name as shauni H,I need to do a price matching before I replace the new order, it is very clear and simple request I can do with any other America retailers. But this man/woman got too much excuses to reject my request. He/she just don’t want helping me, or he/she just don’t like his/her job??? 2. I emailed my experience to Hibbett, no any feedback 3. I rated their product and service on their official website, they deleted my comment within one day. This is Hibbett.

Bad stores and bad service

It’s a shame I have to give them one star because they deserve zero. Ordered a pair of shoes for my wife’s birthday and the box showed up with two left shoes. Called customer service to return and of course I have to do my work to fix their screw up then they do. Was sent a return label and a promo code. Of course my shoes were eligible for the promo code. Second set of shoes show up and I’ll be damned if the box didn’t contain two right shoes. I will never purchase from Hibbets again and would rather pay $100 more for the same shoes from somewhere else than to give them an opportunity to screw up again.

Treated as if I just didn’t spend over $1300 with this place for my kids school shoes, customer service is at an all time disrespect I have been contacting these people since last week about my order and all I’ve gotten was lies and disrespect to whoever the chat agent is that hoes by the name Ken P. Yea firing is the only good thing left to say for you. Very disrespectful and unprofessional people want to get paid but don’t want to put in the work, while ppl like my are spending thousands of hard earn dollars with this messy company. My last year ordering from here and just wait and till I show my family and friends the screenshots I took from the chat with the agent Ken P.

I order 10 pairs of cleats to donate to players in my flag football league. Hibbett cancelled the order and falsely accused me of being a reseller. This interaction left me feeling criminalized by this company. I'm simply doing a good deed for those under privilege in my community. Hibbett obviously doesn't care for our inner city youth and only wishes to profit off our children.

Ordered two pair of shoes from my app. I order all the time. This time they sent my shoes to my old address. “Granted I’ve ordered through app at my new address a few times with no issue. “ I reach out to see why they shipped to wrong address and customer service tells me my address is correct in their system? Their resolve was that it’s in me and they’re not responsible for lost packages!! Package wouldn’t been lost had they done their job. Long story short they won’t do anything about their mistake!! Pitiful!! Do business elsewhere!!

Stay away from buying from this store online they promess your deliver one day and a week after expecting delivery goes by and package doesnt get deliver and they won’t refund your money back until more time goes by… overall HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to shop this place is a rip off they are liars!!!!!!! These reviews are all legit Stay Away from this store!
