I ordered the Ait Force 1 shadow... They are made of some type of vinyl. I took them to our Nike store, the manager confirmed these were knock offs. These were for my grandaughter. I am SO MAD right now!

Horrible store. Shopped there for the first time for my son school bag,item arrived squashed with security tag not detached. Tried calling the store was on hold for almost an hr finally got to talk to a rude employee. First time and never again!

After Thousands of dollars @ This store, I am disabled can't drive, & the Morons left the Security Device On, When I called the lady Kay "told me basically,Suck it up Buttercup", I have seen this store Spiral for the worse lately, This is how they do their Customers! Wow I will b changing who I shop with, Terrible Customer service!

Employee was very rude asked for help and she said she couldn’t help

If I could give this store a 0 I would. I ordered my child’s school shoes off of here and received only one shoe. The only thing they said I could do I wait for my refund and reorder. They are a joke. I revolved my sons clothes around his school shoes and these shoes arent guaranteed to be there by the time the money is refunded.

I placed an order yesterday for a pair of shoes my sons been wanting for his 14th birthday. Got the order confirmation as well. This morning I received an email saying they cancelled my order. No explanation. I sent an email trying to find out as well and have yet to get a response. Here’s the email I got: We regret to inform you that your order #0017319982707 has been cancelled and you have not been charged for this order. If you did not self initiate this cancel and would like to place your order again, please complete the following steps before making another ordering attempt. Shein packages come faster, been almost 2 weeks since I placed the order and they don’t even have an arrival date yet

IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR I WOULD. 1) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME WAS TOLD THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO. MY PACKAGE WAS LIST IN TRANSIT AND WHEN I TRY TO EXPLAIN THIS I WAS TOLD THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO?? 2) SHIPPING. THEY SHIP UPS SURE POST. THE CHEAPEST WAY A BUSINESS CAN SHIP A PACKAGE AND GIVE FREE SHIPPING. I WOULD RATHER PAY FOR SHIPPING THAN USE THAT SERVICE. I ORDERED ON 6/25/23 AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE ON 7/1/23, STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY. TRACKING SAYS ITS IN SAME USPS FACILITY. GETTING PROCESSED? IF YOU DONT MIND WAITING SEVERAL WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER DEAL WITH THEM. BUT DONT EXPECT ANY KIND OF HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN SEVERAL WEEKS PASSED AND STILL NO PACKAGE. AS OF 7/7/23 I AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY! ITS AT SAME USPS PROCESSING CENTER SINCE 7/1/23
