Shoes came dirty

Horrible customer service, ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, received 2 complete different shoes, I called and the “only” thing they can do is send me a return ship label, via email (so I have to print it), wait for them to receive them then they will refund and I can make a new order to get the sneakers. School starts in 3 days 🤦🏻‍♀️

First, my daughter went in with her grandma to get cleats. They didn’t have the knowledge of all the different types. The employee there assured them both that the cleats she had were soccer cleats. Once we got to my daughters tournament. She was disqualified from playing because the cleats were in fact “softball” and we had no idea. When I tried to exchange them for the correct cleats, they refused to take them and basically said too bad, so sad. Second, they are way OVERPRICED. I ordered my sons football cleats from Academy for $40. The same cleats were $100 at Hibbets. They truly are ripping people off.

The customer service representatives tell you one thing while ordering and then don't honor their word. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for a price match that should of taken 5-7 business days. Everytime I call I feel like all I hear is sorry but nothing is done. I will not be shopping here again. They treat rewards members like trash! Take your business elsewhere. Some where you are appreciated as a loyal customer!

Ordered shoes on 07/22/23 was told they’ll be here around the 07/26/23, they didn’t arrive so I tracked them, tracking says delivery exception, contacted FedEx and was told problem with address and that I needed to call Hibbett to get it corrected. Called Hibbett and was told I had to wait 5 days after the last tracking scan before the could intervene and that I needed to call FedEx. After back and forth calling and both companies suggesting I should talk to the other, I waited the 5 days. Call Hibbett 08/01/23 and they said they was processing the refund and i should see it in 5 days. I waited 6 and called back..now I’m being informed FedEx returned the package to sender and because of that, my refund won’t be processed until they receive the package. It’s now 08/15/23, no shoes, no dam money back yet. Inexcusable

I ordered a tshirt on 8/5/23. I used the chat function on their so called customer service to follow up today. 10 days later. They are clueless. And condescending as well. This is no way to run any kind of business let alone retail. Shop anywhere else before you use these clowns.

Ridiculous online ordering and customer service. Ordered a some shoes for my wife. Was told they would be here Aug 7 through 9. Today is the 11th. I call customer support and at first started to be helpful, but then as soon as I say I want to cancel my order I don't know if it was a coincidence but he starts breaking up real bad where I can barely understand. Then I hear I'm not sure u can cancel them we have to summit a cancel form to see if it is approved, even through after a 2 week awaiting and it still says processing. I won't shop back here

I ordered an NBA jersey and got socks. When I called customer service to tell them they want me to take the socks back to a post office and return them and then reorder what I already have confirmation that I ordered!
