I made an online purchase, the card was declined , but the money was still taken, when I called to figure out why , the supervisor Jonathan(344142) was extremely rude and unprofessional, you would’ve thought his 122.19 was missing. Moral of the story still no shoes or no money. When I call they tell me to call my bank, my thing is how come the card was declined but the money was still taken!!! I hate hibbitt sport, don’t ever and I mean ever make an online purchase, customer services is horrible and the supervisors are extremely condescending and rude !

As previously posted, my Husband purchased a jacket for me on 8/09/23. It went around and around for almost 5 weeks. Well, it was finally delivered on 9/14/23. The security tag is attached to the garment and the packing slip is so faded that we can't read it. I will tell everyone from the rooftops about the incompetence of Hibbett. Pitiful!!!!! The other items purchased by my Husband only took 4 weeks.

I placed an order on Monday and when I placed this order they gave me a estimate delivery of Thursday I called on Wednesday because I had not received shipping information and when I called the representative said that my order was still in processing and fulfillment I think it's misleading if you're giving an estimate of the 14th just don't put anything at all for estimate because it's misleading so I cancel my order I'll try to order somewhere else first and last time shopping at hibbetts

The Hibbett Sports store located in the Shopping Mall at 2021 N. Highland E-03 Jackson, Tennessee 38305 731-668-3314. Will no longer get any service from me. First of all they ordered a pair of Nike shoes for me that were no longer in stock. It was charged to my debit card. I tried reaching out to the store to question my refund since I am (2) hours away from their store. Two days they would not answer the phone, and when they did they would instantly hang up. So, now I will have to drive the 2 hours back to the store to get my card refunded. Shame on the management system that are set up at that location, poor business. After my refund I will not be going there ever again...

I would give them no stars if it was possible .. the manager at the one on Hanes Mill Rd in Winston salem NC has no clue what is going on... they have a sign in the window that says Mens Jordans $89 .. Kids Jordan's for $49 $59 & $69 ... not 1 Pair of Jordan's in the store was any of those Prices .. and I asked the manager .. he just stood there and said I don't know ... then he was on his phone .. at the register .. in the back and finally comes back 15 minutes later and trys to say I'm not really sure .. I guess it's the ones with the sale prices on them... Not 1 Pair of Jordan's in the store was on sale ... Not 1... Bad Customer Service.. Bad everything.. Get somebody in there that knows what's there doing... other people in the store was like I know there is none on sale ... Get your Store together ... Because right now your losing business with the ones that are in there ...

I purchased ONE pair of Jordan's and Hibbert charged my credit card for TWO pairs! They sent two pairs of the same shoe with same exact size. When I received the shoes I immediately called Hibbert's customer service and told them about their mistake. The representative sent a shipping label to my email address for me to send one pair back. I took the extra pair of shoes to UPS as soon as I hung up the phone. Hibbert received the shoes 2 days later and send me an email. It took at least 4 conversations and 10 days to get my money back on my cc from their mistake. In my first email it said thank you for your purchase of 1 pair of Jordan's. No one at Hibbert understood what was going on except for one person. The manager (that's what I was told) named Tammy was absolutely no help and didn't have a clue. She kept telling me that I shouldn't have received a refund at all even after I explained SEVERAL times that they sent and charged me for 2 pairs. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son that were supposed to be a 5.5. What I RECEIVED was a 5.5 and a 7! WHAT do I need 2 different size shoes for? This is RIDICULOUS! Customer service informed me that I had to print the return label, wait for them to receive the shoes back and then wait another 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS for my money back. Hibbett this is YOUR MISTAKE why is my son is the one not getting what he wanted but i have to wait and indefinite amount of time for it to be corrected. The look on my sons face when he gets home is going to break my heart. He will be so disappointed that he waited 8 days and doesn't have the shoes he wanted. Kods dont understand that the people working at your warehouse werent paying attention or are stupid!! I AM SO MAD I COULD SCREAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their return policy is a joke and they don't care about their customers!! I want my money or my shoes but it looks like I won't have either for at least 2 weeks smh. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible it said my order shipped it never moved thru fedex it was just a label created now my son don’t have his shoes for school
