Multiple attempts to order a hat online failed. No email or text updates for order status received. Both orders were canceled without explanation or notification. Even stopped by local store to check and they were unable to provide accurate updates because the orders could not be found. Responded to corporate email requesting review and they refused to post my honest feedback. As a result I would not trust any ratings posted on their sites.

Awful, mi order has not shipped, they cant tell me where it is or when it will arrive, they wont refund me or cancel the order and they blocked me from their site, a couole of days ago the shoes where shipped, still exoeriexe was not good.

I ordered the Adilette 22 slide which sold out in seconds on the Adidas’s website during launch. I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered through Hibbet. My order came a day late no big deal. However they sent me 1 slide! Opened the box to find only the right slide and it was dirty on the bottom. I wanted these so bad and it was a huge disappointment. Could not send me a replacement since they are also out of stock. Returned the 1 slide. Thankfully they gave a return label and the customer service lady was super sweet. Two stars for the customer service and label.

Hibbett never alerts you of your win of raffles and the disclaimer for reasons to enter more ways is not correct while when you place a product in your basket it times you out through a robot. False advertisement and tries to get you to make a different purchase.

Shoes look as if they have been worn. Dirty on the side and glue can be seen where the shoe was glued together. Nothing they sell seems to be of good quality these days. I would not purchase again.

I ordered some shoes online and it was wrong size the box said 11 and they wrote on piece of paper size 10 and they way to big. So they tried to fool me very disappointed in Hibbett Sport

I ordered a Bogg bag from Hibbet and was counting on their delivery promise of 3-7 delivery. Well so much for that???? I did not receive my bag in that delivery window at all. Still have not received my bag. Now I am wondering if I will ever receive it and if so what kind of shape it will be in. Never will I purchase from this company again.

I ordered a pair of Nike joy rides and payed for overnight shipping and my shoes never got shipped. This company needs to get their act right. I should have had my shoes.
