I ordered the new pink Jordan shoes July 28th. Never got them. Received a case number on August 17th. Now CS Al saying the number invalid. I will never shop with Hibbett Sports again

I ordered shoes from them, they have been sitting at the post office for a week. Post office has to send them back due not lack of postage! How is this even a thing?? Lack of postage! It's like buying a car and can't deliver it because I let all the air out of the tires! Scammers.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I placed an order online and was never told about my order being cancelled. I had to go and investigate what happened and eventually had to chat with an agent to find out that 3 days after my order, it was cancelled. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never consider purchasing from them.

Horrible I purchased two things on the same day. One came the other one didn’t. I received information from UPS that they sent it to the post office. The post office said they have it, but they would not deliver it to me because there is no pay postage. How the hell does that even happen now I’ve contacted you even on numerous occasions, and no one seem to be happy. I filed three claims on a spray ground book bag that I’m trying to get that I ordered in time before school started and it still hasn’t here. I ordered August 5 here today is August 17, 2026. My son really wanted his book bag either give me the book bag or give me my money and however, they seem to not corporate to doing neither one I would never shop there again. I know this won’t hurt them because others still shop there but online shopping with them is they done deal with me not to mention I sent proof of what was said above and I still have nothing $85 just going down the drain like that they said.

I ordered 2 skirts my daughter had to have for cheer a month before she needed them. The package was delayed originally and then it gave me an alert saying it would not be shipped due to LACK OF POSTAGE! I contacted Hibbett 1st by chat but they said I had to continue to wait. “It may still come” but of course it didn’t. So I contacted the number and I couldn’t even talk to anyone bc call volume too high! Then another week went by and I contacted them again through chat and I could get a refund since it’s been this long but the refund would take an additional week- JUST To order THEM AGAIN AND PRAY THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN AGAIN and even if it didn’t I still have to wait for it to be shipped even longer. . I would NOT recommend Hibbett for their lack of service, and lack of common sense!!!!!

Do Not Order from this company. they are a joke. Email the CEO Jared Briskin- I was told by the manager there Brian emp#63447 that he was the highest person in CS that I could speak to and that there was no VP or SVP. I'm reporting them to the BBB they are no help.. my shipping address was incorrect. I was told that they could not cancel the order, edit the address or make a call to UPS to confirm that the address need to be made. I was hung up on 2 times and spent almost 5 hours to get no where. They will only refund me if the product shows that UPS was not able to deliver it. I ordered a pair of shoes that's going to an old apartment address... we all know UPS is going to drop and go and so do they. I'm so frustrated and pissed because these were my kid school shoes. If could give them a 0 I would have have. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered shoes on their website, received confirmation of the shoes, and an email expressing sympathy for a delay in the shipment. I called customer service 6 days after the delayed shipment email only to find out my ordered had been canceled. They offered me a 25% discount. Ridiculous the shoes are sold out and going for $400 online. DO not trust Hibbett with your online orders. They will screw you. Just go to a store and purchase them in person.

I won a raffle and there was nothing they could do about it because the system wasn’t accepting any payments. I lost the shoe i wanted. Customer service is horrible.
