They cancelled the order without notice and when we call customer service- they said they found intent to resell. When asked for evidence- they said nothing else will be shared. Seems like a sham company. It was a birthday gift and very disappointed.

I ordered two pairs of shoes 3/31/2025. The first pair came in the incorrect size. Called customer service who advised I would need to send them back and I would receive a refund when they receive them. I asked if they could send out the correct size and was told no, I had to reorder on my own. Here we are 4/10/2025 and the second pair STILL says shipping label created and awaiting courier pick up. I called to request a refund just to be told I have to wait 3-5 days for them to conduct their investigation before a refund is processed! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR ORDER FROM THIS SUBPAR COMPANY AGAIN! I try to support the smaller businesses and this is the type of service you receive!!! I would give negative stars if it was an option because the one star is undeserving.

I am one of the many who also received a tracking number for USPS and the package never moved. Had to go out of my way to call USPS local office, 1800 number and no one has an answer to where the package is. I wish I would've read all these reviews before purchasing and now the shoes are sold out. The company makes you wait 10 business days before you can file a claim to get a refund. This company needs to do something about this ongoing issue.

Definitely received fake Jordan's from this store. I've literally never seen worse quality.

They canceled my order for no reason.. and when I called the operators who could barely speak English hangup on me 3 times.. this the second time this has happened.. I will never shop from this company ever again and I'm also deleting app..

I ordered cleats for same dy pickup. They never sent an email, but did charge my card. Store employees could not find my order number, and the order number is invalid when I try and check it.

I’m not sure whose idea it was for the press and hold feature but I DO NOT like it!!! I do online shopping and it aggravates my shopping experience to the fact that I just leave the site without a purchase every time….

Order online and I received a tracking number but it was never picked up by USPS. The store never arranged for a pickup. This my 3rd pair of shoes that I've ordered from them that I've had to be refunded for because they never ship. Can't get a refund unless package is stuck for 10 days with no updates.
