They are a very great company and one of my favourite ones. I know I haven't had any experiences with hhgregg but all I know about them is that they are a famous meme along with their mascot, hh, which they have unfortunately forgot about ever since 2011 and then 2018... but that doesn't stop everyone from loving their mascot ever since the first hhgregg memes in 2014 came out... you see, their most popular commercial is the "Christmas in July" one. That is what made this company so popular... and addictive to me, especially their commercials and their mascot! One day I might try them out... or not, but I just don't know why there are so many negative reviews on this company here. "Was I supposed to know this stuff?" "No, we're at TrustPilot."

Megan Dean was extremely professional and very helpful didn’t get the car for personal reasons. But I did receive the help and care I needed when wanting to buy a car I highly recommend to shop with them and look for Megan Dean.

we bought an inexpensive tv - you get what you pay for. The video and audio were really bad. If that is normal for PROSCAN TV they need to stop carrying it. Anyway, took it back 2 weeks later , without the box, told them it was a poor tv (not HH Gregg fault) , they took it right back, and let us exchange things without questions and box. Could not have been a better experience. Bought a notebook while we were there. It benefits a company to have good service. We will be back.
