hhgreggReviews of hhgregg.com

Absolutely terrible company. They deserve to go out of business. They tried to upsell me on a used truck with a 30% increase on the price they advertised. I ended up paying more from a dealer that didn’t upsell me because they were upfront about their price. If you like being lied to, go to HHGreg. If you value honesty, go somewhere else.

My Self and my Wife went there because you advertise we accept all credits and and o down well that is a lie we were shown a 2023 nissan Rouge that we don't even qualify for we weren't even given the chance to see if we could possibly see older used Nissan we were told no and i also had a precualification from WestLake bank. I will never go there or ever send anyone there Not Good Business

I should have suspected something was wrong when the sales person and finance manager strongly suggest I purchase Additional Warrantee on top of the BS one they automatically put on all of their cars. It is my opinion this company can offer better pricing because they purchase questionable cars. I purchased a car with 20K miles, and while the Car Fax was clean, I keep finding more and more pain repairs. It was not until 5k miles (3 months) after the purchase I had my rear tire blow out, this is when I found out the Alignment was out and wore the tires down to the metal. This is something easily picked up by their shop when they were adding all of the special magic coatings to the paint, interior and nitrogen to the tires. I recommend extreme caution, and Pay for an independent inspection prior to purchasing from HHGreg cause they will not do any repairs at their shops. While this is a large dealer, it operates more like the small shops on side roads that flips cars. When you get to the CONTRACT they have several pages warning you to get your own inspection, and you are purchasing as is. All you can get is credit toward another Car. They are telling you up front they do not stand behind their products or services. On a positive note the sales person and Finance person in Orlando was very friendly, they have a very large selection and offer free coffee. I just spent lots of money on Tires and Alignment and was lucky we did not get in an accident.

They are a very great company and one of my favourite ones. I know I haven't had any experiences with hhgregg but all I know about them is that they are a famous meme along with their mascot, hh, which they have unfortunately forgot about ever since 2011 and then 2018... but that doesn't stop everyone from loving their mascot ever since the first hhgregg memes in 2014 came out... you see, their most popular commercial is the "Christmas in July" one. That is what made this company so popular... and addictive to me, especially their commercials and their mascot! One day I might try them out... or not, but I just don't know why there are so many negative reviews on this company here. "Was I supposed to know this stuff?" "No, we're at TrustPilot."

Horrible customer service and DO NOT BUY the warranty.

Please avoid purchasing from hhgreg Orlando. Despite receiving a paper registration for the van I bought from them, they have failed to provide the correct registration. As a result, I am unable to drive the vehicle due to the expired registration.
