I should have suspected something was wrong when the sales person and finance manager strongly suggest I purchase Additional Warrantee on top of the BS one they automatically put on all of their cars. It is my opinion this company can offer better pricing because they purchase questionable cars. I purchased a car with 20K miles, and while the Car Fax was clean, I keep finding more and more pain repairs. It was not until 5k miles (3 months) after the purchase I had my rear tire blow out, this is when I found out the Alignment was out and wore the tires down to the metal. This is something easily picked up by their shop when they were adding all of the special magic coatings to the paint, interior and nitrogen to the tires. I recommend extreme caution, and Pay for an independent inspection prior to purchasing from HHGreg cause they will not do any repairs at their shops. While this is a large dealer, it operates more like the small shops on side roads that flips cars. When you get to the CONTRACT they have several pages warning you to get your own inspection, and you are purchasing as is. All you can get is credit toward another Car. They are telling you up front they do not stand behind their products or services. On a positive note the sales person and Finance person in Orlando was very friendly, they have a very large selection and offer free coffee. I just spent lots of money on Tires and Alignment and was lucky we did not get in an accident.
