Hgreg. com Houston texas Somehow I was charged around $1700 for packages that I did not approve. I was checking and I have no idea how these guys added it to the package since I read the contract and I see it with my signature. I agreed to the package at $17500 and somehow the extra fees/insurance was added. Then the person in charge gave me all the paperwork in a binder which I had reviewed. 20 day later I am checking the package and found crazy stuff as a $1000 insurance to cover a max of $500. I am so upset and thinking paying a lawyer to return the vehicle. This type of businesses should be penalized. Any auditor will find these irregularities very easily

Liars liars liars they say they have your car drive an hour then sorry it was sold but we have another . Total scammers run away they try to sell you something they don’t have in stock and lie lie lie and very good at it

Dishonest practices. My Daughter called to see if they had a vehicle in stock that was showing online. the person on the phone said yes, it is available. She called about 9am on a Tuesday. I called the dealership to verify the car is available at 530pm again we were told yes, it is available, I also asked about another vehicle that was similar in price point. We arrived at the dealership at 645pm on Tuesday. the sales guy told us the car we inquired about had been sold 2 days ago, so we asked about the other one again it was not available either. While the sales person went to look for the 2nd car I stepped outside and called the dealership, I asked about the 1st car again. the guy on the phone told me "yes it is available and on the lot". So i called him out on this at this point asking where would it be on the lot as i am here walking around to see it. he put me on hold and came back to the line to tell me it had just been sold. The sales person picked out 2 totally different vehicles to show us which was about 5000 more than she was thinking. Then the guy tells us about a $995 package (paint sealant and cloth protector) on a used car, The guy also tells us about a $1695 package (most of which comes stsandard on a new car when you purchase it). I questioned him on the packages and how did they add them when it is done at the factory when it is built. He told us both packages are on every car and its on top of the prices listed online. So now we are at 7500 more than what she had planned. the sales person did show us another vehicle which my daughter really liked, however this vehicle had a salvage title so it can not be financed. Just be aware HGREG has very dishonest practices, they add to the price things that are from the factory nothing they add, they tell you yes it is there when its not, Dont do business with HGREG

Anyone that has bought a car from h greg check the history of the vehicle. They buy cars in Canada and import them to the US and do not disclose that they were originally a Canadian car and there could be warranty issues as well as the value may be diminished from the value of the same american car. Considering a class action suit. Contact me if you also bought a canadian car from Hgreg without disclosure

Asked a employee outside a simple question and he gave me a really smart ass answer when I said that wasn't nice another employee justified his response so that was two employees not being very nice just wanted ro look at some cars on the lot while my buddy was buying a car they were so rude like they wanted to fight lmao ill never buy or recommend anyone to buy a car based on the wise Crack answer these 2 employees gave me buyer beware I could of been buying a car which I am in the market to do very disappointed in this company can see why they have do many bad reviews customer service right out the window over a simple question

I recently inquired about a vehicle located at hgreg.com, Orlando.. I asked if I could get the “out the door” price for the vehicle since it would be over a 2 hour drive from where I live. I was told yes and they would get back to me shortly. It didn’t go very well, after telling me they would give me the out the door price, I was ignored until I contacted them again. I asked if they had put together the price for me. They responded by saying “ It's in store only” “Let us know if you are in the area and can come in for a purchase order”. I responded by saying “If you weren't going to give me the out the door price you could have said so to begin with and not waisted me time” I waited for hours for them to respond and I did not appreciate hgreg.com/ Orlando wasting my time and how rude they were. I will never purchase a vehicle from hgreg.com. P.S. They could care less, whether they get a 1 star review or not, which says a lot about their customer service.
