Hgreg Orlando coerced me into purchasing the Elite Protection Plan for $1698 stating that exterior, interior, and windshield protection were all applied to the vehicle. Though I told them numerous times I did not want this plan they stated I had pay for it if I wanted the vehicle. Now that I have a warranty claim I’m told the protection was never applied to the vehicle and that they can’t apply the product to maintain the warranty though the reapplication of the protection is an explicit requirement to maintain the warranty they forced me into purchasing. Numerous calls and emails to the General Manager were not answered or returned. The company has scammed me out of hard earned money and has made no attempts to resolve the matter. They’ve instead pocketed my money and failed to uphold their responsibility according to the warranty terms. I’ve now lost over $1698 and the warranty they forced me to pay for.

Hidden costs
Hidden costs, Scammers and Bullies. Be careful. What’s advertised is not what’s on display(we had a guy texting us the car was available and when we hit the place they told us the car was sold). Unnecessary warranties are mandatory (you need to add ~$2K to any cost you see, the will also sell you warranties on top of the price and made you feel stupid if you don’t buy them). Store manager and Financial Advisor are bullies and don’t explain financials clearly (play with emotional intelligence and abuse the customers psychologically) and disrespectful. Store manager tried to pick a fight after we decided not to close the deal and insulted my wife. It’s really an unpleasant experience. I’d never go again nor recommend it to anyone.

No returned calls =no sale
I was a potential out-of-state buyer for a vehicle at the Orlando store. I can't even get a phone call returned, after leaving 2 voice mails requesting a call back. Also, the price of the vehicle is reasonable to me, until the $2200 in fees is added on. I see this company has over 40 locations in the US and Canada so they must sell to a lot of people. I won't be one of them.

If i could leave 0 stars I would
If i could leave 0 stars I would. after purchasing my vehicle I had to put another $10,000 to get it fixed for a vehicle that supposedly received a multi-point inspection! With purchase you also receive a warranty for key replacement and other minor things. They have no idea how it even works. I called to get the information and was told to call the claims dept. What they don't tell you is you have to actually find a dealer that manufacturers your car and go through them. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. And they do not inspect their vehicles no matter what they say.

Most Incompetent, Dishonest, and Infuriating Dealership Experience of My Life
I’m writing this as a civic duty to warn anyone considering H. Greg Nissan Kendall: turn around and never look back. Whatever you think you’re saving, you’ll spend twice that in time, stress, gas, and aggravation.
IT STARTED BEFORE WE ARRIVED
On our way to another dealership, we spotted their Tesla Model Y on AutoTrader and rerouted. We called ahead; the rep was “pretty sure” it was there. We pushed him to verify — he checked and admitted it wasn’t on the lot, and might arrive “next week.” They tried to lure us in for a car they didn’t have. First red flag.
We negotiated with their salesperson Cinthia by text and phone, and once the car arrived, drove an hour and a half to see it.
THE PROMISE THEY COULDN’T KEEP
Their low-res video hadn’t shown the scratches, a significant dent, and peeling vinyl wrap. It had just rained, revealing condensation inside the brake light (which they likely didn’t know about either). Rather than adjusting the price, they promised to fix everything within one week. We’d already paid in full and waited in good faith. That decision cost us three trips, three hours of driving each way, and weeks chasing a car we already owned.
THE BRAKE LIGHT
A week later, Cinthia said it was ready. We drove 90 minutes back, got the keys, and immediately saw the brake light still didn’t illuminate when pressing the pedal. Cinthia, with full attitude, insisted it was fixed. We went to the service department together. After a 30-minute wait, they admitted they’d ordered the wrong part. Not one employee had pressed the brake pedal and looked at the back of the car before calling us — 30 seconds of effort, zero expertise required.
THE RUNAROUND
We took a loaner (about the only thing they did right) and drove nearly 2.5 hours home through traffic. Cinthia said the correct part was express ordered for Friday. Friday at 4:20 PM, she texted — beginning with “Good morning” — to say it hadn’t arrived. Saturday: same story. We were now over 10 days past full payment with no car. I personally called the dealership more than 10 times hunting down sales, service, and anyone who’d pick up. Cinthia repeatedly promised the general manager would call me. That call never came.
DETAILS THAT SHOW HOW LITTLE THEY CARE
When we discovered the car still wasn’t ready, we pointed out a cracked speaker mesh in the trunk — a $40–60 fix. Told it was sold as-is; refused without hesitation. The finance department didn’t know how to process a cashier’s check, asking us for the account number and how to cash it — at a dealership that handles transactions daily. When we finally got the car, it was handed over at 40% battery: not charged, not prepared, just pushed out the door.
THE BOTTOM LINE
H. Greg Nissan Kendall does not care about you. They make promises they can’t keep to avoid negotiating fairly, waste hours of your life across multiple trips, ignore your calls, and treat you like an inconvenience the moment your money clears. Instead of working with us on the price of a car with cosmetic issues, they promised repairs they couldn’t deliver — forcing three trips totaling nine-plus hours of driving for a car we’d already paid for in full, with no compensation, no accountability, no returned calls from management, and zero urgency from anyone.
Cinthia should not be selling cars. The service department can’t perform basic quality checks. Finance doesn’t understand a cashier’s check. Management is too busy to call customers who’ve paid in full and still don’t have their vehicle. I’d give zero stars if I could. Do not buy from this dealership — not now, not ever.

Purchased the truck from H Greg
Purchased the truck from H Greg. Sales person is Jason bull. Mr. bull informed me the truck looked great, he pointed out one small, scratch on the front bumper. When I receive the truck, it has scratches all over it and dent's. Then when I drove the truck, the transmission was messed up after talking with Mr. bull he told me that he was going to see what he can do about fixing it. Just give me the runaround! Mr. Menendez sent me an email saying that he would like to talk over the problems with my truck. I have tried many times to get in touch with him. He will not return my calls. I have talked with the BBB in Arkansas and Texas. they have many complaints on this company. I am a 65 year old, disabled senior citizen. I just want to warn people, do not buy from this dealership. Please don’t get burned like I did.
