i purchased a santa fe 2 years ago, approx 34000 miles, test drove it, a/c worked well, tires almost bald but they gave me 120.00 to replace myself because they only put junk tires on vehicle, after the 30 days a/c went out, started leaking oil, and out side door trim fell off. mechanic told me someone had put a charge in a/c to get it running found a leak in system that had been leaking for a while. the clips that hold on the tr5im were all broken because the piece had been taken off or broken and made to stay in place with a wire that had come loose. Don't let them tell you about all the inspections they do on their vehicles. It is a plain lie and they don't care if they rip you off.

Muy mal trabajo dijustado el vendedor antony me vendió un tollota corolla 20022 y como no hablo inglés no me dijo q el carro avía tenido un accidente y el carro esta dando problemas desde q salí del diler de hgreg en military y siempre me tienen engañado me siento estafado en verdad muy mala opinión de ustedes esta bueno para demandarlos y el problema lo sabe tatiana , pol. Michael el finansista en realidad e ido más de 8 veces. Solo me dieron. Unas piezas. Y me quedaron de mandar las q faltaban y un cheque de 500 dolar y aun estoy ala espera porque siempre es una mentira en verdad muy mal trabajo

On 12/12/23 I bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 13,000 miles on it. I had a contract I agreed on and signed. The business manager took my original contract changed the numbers on it and had me sign it again. I was charged for 2 warranties that I had absolutely no idea about plus an additional $1,000 on who knows what. The business manager took my original contract plus he took everything else I signed. Shortly after I noticed I was overcharged we started realizing things were wrong with the vehicle. First of all everything in the hood was loose, missing caps, clamps broken, bolts missing. The engine was missing 10 bolts. It didn't matter what you touched in the hood everything was loose. The battery could have fallen out at any time, wires were just hanging loose, the electrical box cap was just hanging. It has frame damage and structure damage and has an airbag malfunction. I was completely unaware of this. I went to sell my car and was told I cannot because Hgreg never sent in the correct paperwork to the DMV for the title. Hgreg has voided my registration completely while they were "trying to get my title." So legally I cannot drive my vehicle that I paid 41k. Hgreg never turned the title over to the dmv because they said they lost it. I don't think Hgreg ever had the title before they sold the vehicle to me. So now I am stuck paying on a loan for a vehicle that has no title.

Potentially, business front to launder money, scam and con artist as many have explained and voice opinion. They don't care about selling cars. Because they maybe washing money. Not sure Becareful. Hope the FBI is aware of these bztards.. Too bad the Purge is not real. Do yourself a favor. Throw you money in the trash and smash you head on the pavement. You will be better off than dealing with these Dunning-Krueger Clowns. LOL.. Suckers !!

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS DROVE HR AND HALF TO LOOK AT A CAR LISTED FOR 8K THE CAR WAS NOT AUTOMATIC TRANS AS ADVERTISED IT WAS MANUAL SO SHOWED ME A SIMILAR ONE FOR 8500 WHEN ASKED WHAT TOTAL COST WOULD BE THEY TOLD ME 13+K ALMOST 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FEES ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS, THEN SALESMAN TRIED BRING OVER MANAGER WHEN I TOLD HIM I WASNT PAYING THAT AND HE BASICALLY SAID IF I DONT BUY FROM THEM I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO FIND A CAR THAT DOESNT HAVE A BAD TITLE AND FEES ARE FOR BLAH BLAH BLAH, WARNING DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEY PUT GOOD PRICES ONLINE TO LURE YOU IN IN HOPES YOULL JUST SIGN AWAY YOUR LIFE THEY SHOULD BE OUT BUSINESS AND THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW. CRIMINALS.

Like many on here, I Wish I would have read the reviews before contacting them. The customer service is awful, no seems motivated to help. If you are able to chose what you want they have thousands of $$ dollars in crazy “fees” making the car very high price compared to others in the market. The sales people seem to know this but either can’t do anything about it or just don’t care. BUYER BEWARE!

Super bad customer services. This people don’t ever return phone calls that all. I had been calling for more than a week and left 3 VM and they never contact me back. I would not deal with people like this, they are not professionals that all.
