Hey RootedReviews of heyrooted.com

I’ve been buying plants from Heyrooted for a few years now and it has always been a good experience! If I have needed to reach out to the staff they have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The plants are always beautiful and top notch

Had an issue with a few of my plants but they made it right and sent me out new ones right away. Definitely going to be purchasing from them again in the future.

Update: I received my plants, and I have to say I am very impressed with the size and condition of them! I have ordered plants online from a ton of places, and I have no complaints about any of them, but I can definitely say that I am MOST impressed with the plants from Hey Rooted. My medium size plants are much bigger than I expected and in perfect condition!! Absolutely LOVE them! ~ Excellent Customer Service!! Unfortunately they were sold out of one of the plants I ordered, so they emailed me the option to choose another plant or get a refund. Obviously I chose another plant! 🤭 I really appreciate that they reached out instead of just canceling and refunding my order. I'll be back to review once my plant arrives. I can't wait! 😊 🪴

I have been a customer for 3 years, I have bought over 2 dozens plants from them and all my plants come in healthy, and it great conditions, contacted customer service once and they were beyond helpful!

Love this company, have been buying plants from here for years now. Customer service is awesome! Very helpful if something comes up with your order or if you have questions.

I discovered the site through the NYT Wirecutter newsletter, and I have never been disappointed with the plants I got. The website makes it easy to figure out what will grow where you live, if there are any pet hazards, etc., and I got introduced to new plants I'd never though of growing and now enjoy! The packaging has meant that I never received anything damaged, and the benefit of being able to look up care instructions on the website--and reminders from their newsletter--cannot be beat. Thanks!

Getting plants shipped always incurs a bit of risk, and a plant I ordered arrived worse for wear due to some rough handling in transit. The Hey Rooted team were very understanding and quick to find a solution. Since the plant I originally ordered was out of stock, they sent a replacement of my choice. I ordered a Calathea (notorious divas), and it arrived in beautiful condition with a couple of new leaves about to unfurl!

I have made multiple purchases from Hey Rooted and am always satisfied. My plant babies come packaged well and all of them looked healthy when I received and are thriving!
