I ordered a plant bundle where you get your plant, a 7 inch ceramic pot and some potting soil. I also purchased a stand to place this pot in. However, the pot I received is not the pot that is shown on their site sitting inside this planter. The current pot they have does not fit in the stand. It just sits on top. It is not secure at all. A light bump will knock the plant to the floor. It is unusable. I contacted the company about it and they did not offer a solution. So I asked if I could send the plant stand back and found out they do not do returns! So now I have to either buy a new pot that will fit in the stand, which will not be an easy thing to find. I’ll have to take the stand to the store and try different pots. Or I have to get a different stand. Either option leaves me searching for compatible items.

Well there was no directions on how to take care of my new plant and the scan really sucked

I never received my order, i contacted the people, they told me they will not help me. So, now i have to dispute it with my bank. The customer service is so awful, stay away!

3 out of 4 of my orders have had shipping issues, and the only one that didn’t had a plant that got cold damage and died. During the winter they offer cold protection, and if you don’t opt to purchase this add on to their overpriced plants then they will not refund you or resend the plant. However, they do not pay the necessary postage to get the heavier packages with the cold protection sent— as a result, 2 of my orders were sent back to sender. To actually get my plant (which was a gift!), I had to intercept it at the post office before they could send it back, and then pay an additional $6 in shipping. The plant that finally made it after all that arrived fine, but definitely not worth all the hassle. Buy your plants from a local store and save yourself the headache.
