I bought my first box set of 4 small plants and I couldn’t be more happier even though 2 of them arrived looking not so bright as the others but that is nothing related to the company or they quality. I had plant delivered for Mother's Day. I emailed customer support and explained the issue. They responded back quickly with a couple of options to resolve my problem. Customer service was great and wanted to make make things right.

I ordered an Alocasia Black Velvet which arrived dead! I immediately contacted HeyRooted and they sent a replacement. The replacement plant arrived healthy and beautiful and is thriving today. Excellent and fast customer service from HeyRooted.

Best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I had air plants that were missing and after emailing for support, they got back to me very quickly and same day got a confirmation for a shipment to get the delivered. There plants always come super healthy and beautiful. I have ordered from them several times and never had an issues. Highly recommend for getting plants delivered to loved ones!

Hey Rooted has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. There was a problem with my first order, and I contacted the company about it. They were beyond helpful, and I am more than happy with the outcome. The order ( a gift) was delivered to my sister, who was delighted, not only with its stunning beauty, but also with how healthy it is. Hey Rooted gave her a lot of helpful suggestions about how to take care of it. I am certain it will give her much joy over the months, maybe years ahead. We ordered the purple hydrangea, and it is a gorgeous plant. It was delivered within just a few days of placing the order.
