I had an issue with a plant, sent a photo, and they responded fed quickly saying they’d replace asap. They also gave me information about caring for (and the name) of the baby pet mystery plant box. Super kind and helpful.

This was a gift. I wasn't expecting it, so great surprise. I had contacted their customer service to find out who was sending it and they were very helpful, polite, professional and kind. The plant was well protected and in good shape when it arrived. I am very pleased, especially with the plant pot that it came with, as it is in memory of my recently deceased fur-baby.

I don’t understand why anybody would rate Hey Rooted less than a 5 🧐. Anyway, I’ve had a plan subscription with them for about 2 years on and off and have about a dozen gorgeous plants. I have enjoyed watching them grow and thrive and they bring me a lot of joy. For an online plant company, where you receive plants in the MAIL, they are beyond satisfactory in how the plants are packaged and received. Common sense would dictate sometimes things happen to delicate shipments no matter how well packaged no matter where you order from. They go above and beyond to make it right if that is the case. It seriously annoys me when people leave bad reviews for just to leave bad reviews 🙄. Anyway, this review is from a long-time customer with actual critical-thinking skills if that helps! If you love and know how to actually care for plants (and if you don’t, they help with that even, imagine that!), you can’t go wrong with Hey Rooted. 🪴

From the moment I ordered my plants, through the careful shipping process, to post-arrival care suggestions on the website and via e-mails from empathetic human representatives, I never once felt on my own on this purchase. It felt like a collaboration, like we were the village it takes. I have another purchase I really can't wait to make!! Is so nice to find myself a plant family! Thank you all so much!

Delivery was quick and the plant arrived healthy. Had a question for it's care and it was answered within a day. Follow up by HR was appreciated, knowing they're there for us non-green thumbers.

Best customer service ever. I ordered three plants, and only two thrived after following care instructions. I reached out, unsure if there was anything they could do, and they replied saying a replacement was already on the way! THIS is how you keep buyers happy and coming back!!

I don't know where to start with my praises for Hey Rooted. I have limited space for indoor plants, and get little sun. So I was looking for indoor plants with colorful leaves since flowering plants never thrived. I purchased 4 plants that came securely packaged and in very healthy condition. Since I wasn't familar with these plants, I emailed Customer Service at least 6 times, and surpirsingly got answers immediatley. I have joked that I wish I had more room so I could purchase more from Hey Rooted. Seriously, I have never been happier with an online site. They are great!
