The hey Abby team is always helping when needed, they always have the right answers and know what to do ! If it wasn’t for them there’s no way my plant would be where it’s at !

I had to cancel my order due to personal reasons, but they helped me without a problem.

Horrible product with even worse customer service. Won’t respond to my emails. Abby was delivered damaged. I’m asking for my money back and they refuse to respond back.

Very cooperative every step of the way my very first grow and it's a huge success I'm excited for the next one and the one after that and the one after that, I had a couple small bumps in the road but the team has supported me every step of the way I'm very impressed I love it I would recommend it to anybody and I would definitely consider buying another one. ❤️

After a bunch of emailing back and forth on when I would finally get my heyabby. I received an email stating that they were going to send me a p h meter for all of the trouble that I had to go through like sending multiple signatures of the same request because heyabby team lost it, not knowing if or when they were going to send it. I was almost about to cancel because I had to wait three months to get it... ,but that is in the past, now today one month after they said they were going to send a p.h meter it never came.... horrible HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION.... I love the product ,but if I had to buy it again or recommend this product to someone else. I would say no.... save yourself the trouble of dealing with the heyabby team.
