Horrible customer service

Purchased the growbox. Comes with limited instructions. You can not even use the grow boys unless you connect it through the app. The box will not connect to the app so it is sitting there like a worthless piece of junk. They do not answer the phone any time I call the number to get this resolved. Do not purchase from them.

We looked into your case and saw that you emailed us on Feb 1st, mentioning that you were unable to connect your grow box. When you called outside of our service hours, our system notified you that we couldn’t take the call at that time. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. That said, within just three hours of your email, our customer support team reached out to assist you. They asked if you could send a short video showing the issue so our engineering team could quickly diagnose and resolve it. Additionally, they provided you with detailed step-by-step connection instructions and a link to video guidance. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response from you since then. We genuinely hope you were able to successfully connect your grow box using those instructions. If you're still experiencing difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re more than happy to help! Rest assured, once your grow box is connected, you’ll gain access to a fully automated system with guided instructions and growing calendars to support you throughout the entire grow cycle. Also, don’t forget to take advantage of our 1-on-1 grower support—free for the first three months! You can send us pictures of your plant anytime for personalized growing advice, tips, and suggestions to ensure the best possible results. For any issues with your grow box or plant, we highly recommend sending pictures or short videos to demonstrate the issue.
