The first starter was bad..the second…
The first starter was bad..the second starter which they said they would send for free charged my credit card twice for it was also damaged have photos..then they offered to discount $5. Off almost lost my job it's been almost 2 months now..don't order from them..

Hi,sorry for the inconvenience.There must be some kind of misunderstanding.A a seller,we only received your payment on an order of a starter and never charge again you for a replacement.For damaged item you received,it may be caused during shipment and we provide full refund or exchange it free of charge.To solve the problem asap,pls tell us your choice via emails.

wheres your phone number? You don’t answer emails?
The parts that I ordered were different then the Web description. Which was no big deal I just wanted to exchange them, but they would not respond back to me. I couldnt find a phone number to contact them. I had to go through PayPal in order for them to allow me to return them, which they wanted me to pay for shipping and the shipping was more than the parts just send back. Therefore I am stuck with the parts that I don’t need! I am very unhappy with this company and will not buy anything from them again.

We don't offer the call service but we could contact via emails to solve the problem.Our wheel spacers are the same as the pictures and description on our listing.The thread of these wheel spacers you bought is 3/8" indeed,both our title and description specify it.From the previous emails,we can know what you need is 12mmx1.5.Seems you read it carelessly then bought the wrong item.Returning will cost you much time and effort,you need to pay return shipping fee based on our return policy.We suggest you keep or resell it but haven't receive your reply.If you insist on returning,pls feel free to contact us get the RMA# and address to return.

We ordered a pair of rear axles for our razor. Only received one and it was wrong size. Had to return it at our expense of $25 before they would refund our purchase price. It was not our fault it was the wrong one, and they only sent one, but we had to return it at our expense. Will never order from them again.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered a starter. They sent an email stating it was shipped out with a shipping number. Everytime I tried to track it it said that they were waiting to recieve the item. I thought maybe they lost the tracking like sometimes usps does. Five days passed and no part. I emailed them asking what happened. They responded and told me that they sent it out and that United States Postal Service lost it. They stated that they were going to send me another one for the inconvenience and that the other part might still be coming. Three days later same issue with the tracking. Finally, I emailed them again. I told them I cant wait much longer and was wondering if they wanted me to order it somewhere else. I received an email that night. They said that usps lost the first one and that they didnt send another one out because they are now out of the part. They stated that they were going to give me a refund and a 5 dollar credit. Huh? Why did you tell me you already sent it out and gave me a shipping number? When were going to tell me? If it wasnt for me messaging them who knows what was going to happen. Unreliable and bad buisness. I know the parts are a great deal but spend the extra couple bucks and go somewhere else.

Sorry for the unhappy shopping experience,there must be some misunderstanding. Generally speaking,our service staff do the shipping firstly,then our system created the tracking no and send to our customer email automatically.Meanwhile our warehouse guys shipped the items out to USPS according to the shipping lables.Sometimes USPS will lost our packages and no updated information because there are too many packages.Hope you could understand. Anyway,we are so sorry for wasting your time and effort,pls accept our apology.For your case,we have issued you full refund.In avoid the problem happen again,we will improve our inventory as well as upgrade our shipping service.

We shipped your starter out on Oct 18 via USPS priority mail,tracking no 9405510205566001242500.You could check on USPS website,the info hasn't been updated since Oct 24 maybe it was lost on its way.Then we asked you for advice and you accepted a new replacement.After we shipped out but you said bought a new one locally.If you don't need it,we are willing to give you RMA and address to return.Also,we will upgrade our shipping service.Any question,pls feel free to contact us.

Defective Starter
Please read thru reviews, i am not the only person to purchase a starter and receive a defect. Yes the price is low, but remember you get what you pay for guys. HexAutoParts replies to my email "can you make some modifications"? Well I'm not a mechanic, if i purchase a starter, and take my car to the shop, i expect it to work right out of the box. Mechanic said the stater is no good, but HexAuto wont offer exchange. 1 star rating. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND PURCHASE YOUR STARTERS FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE!! Now i have to file thru my bank for refund.
