Placed an order on eBay. Apparently, they "oversold" the item - this is what they stated in their email to me. However, on eBay, they stated "problem with buyers address." This makes me look bad, rather than themselves. Won't even try to order from them again.

Part did not arrive on garuanteed date. Did not come with instructions on how much oil to use as different compressors use different amounts. Part doesnt have a manufacturer name or even part number stamped on it to look it up. And it is a cheap chinese part. The clutch assembly rattles like its falling apart when engaged. Will never buy from them again.

Delivery is 3 days late; USPS is unable to locate package; tracking number tracks to to package moving in Texas; we are in CA; online complaint/inquiry form has an impossible capcha; No phone number anywhere; will have to escalate to Ebay for resolution

I purchased a starter on May 27th. On May 28th, I got a confirmation E-mail stating that my parts were shipping, along with a tracking number. I tracked it days later and nothing had happened. Now, 1 week later on June 3, I get an email stating that they "over sold" the part that I had purchased and that they are returning my money in 1-2 days. In return, they gave me a coupon code to save just $3 on a future order. This is my first and only transaction with Hexautoparts. I waited, with my car out of commission, for an entire week just to be told that I am not getting the part that I have already spent my money on. I am now waiting on my money to be returned, so that I can get my replacement part elsewhere. Very disappointed. I am sure there's an explanation for this, but this is still no way to operate.

When I ordered my AC clutch for a Honda Fit I received an “it shipped” email very quickly. I checked the status everyday and it said a label had been printed but the package had not been received by USPS. Finally, the day before I was supposed to receive my part I contacted hexautoparts about there being no update by USPS. It took them a day to respond. When they did, they told me that my package had been lost and that they would refund my money. I appreciate that they returned my money, however, they charged my credit card when the shipping label was created, which I don’t appreciate. A customer should not be charged until the item is actually shipped. Not when a label is created. I wasted a bunch of time waiting because I thought my part had actually shipped, because my credit card was charged. Then, I unknowingly ordered the same AC compressor clutch from hexautoparts again, but the sellers name was foreverunauto. Even though I purchased it from a different eBay seller, I am clearly in the same boat now. Hexautoparts again, charged my credit card and created a shipping label. It’s been 3 days and there is no shipping update, USPS still does not have my package. I asked hexautoparts(foreverunauto) to cancel my order and refund my money however they refused to. They told me to “not accept the package” like that’s an actual thing. I don’t stand at my mail box everyday waiting for the post office to deliver stuff, so not accepting the package is not a real option. So I guess I will have to wait 5 more days then email them again saying my part hasn’t shipped to get my refund. This is horrible customer service. I will be more careful next time not to order from Hexautoparts. I rarely use eBay so I’m not sure why eBay allows them to sell parts from multiple accounts under different names. I’ll be emailing eBay also to find our why they allow that. Obviously some people have received their parts from them. But my experience has been long and frustrating. I personally don’t recommend ordering from hexautoparts or foreverunauto which is another name that hexautoparts sells under.

Have not recieved part no tracking is available says the post office has made a shipping label for part but doesn't have it the part was guaranteed by Wednesday April 22 and still not here or any thing about where it's at

Order that part for my mower on the 9th of April it's been sitting in Texas for a week just sitting have not heard anything from anybody would not recommend anybody ordered parts from this company

I received the wrong parts that sad fit my polaris year and model.
