Ordered a starter for my 2011 Escape....looked good but quit after a few weeks....tried to get it warranty exchanged and they said it was out of warranty!! It had a 6 month warranty and it was only less than 3 months old!!!! Screw them..I'm charging it back After posting the above, I get an email from them saying if I remove this, they will replace it.....Yeah RIGHT!! Replace it first....THEN I get a TEXT from them saying its not under warranty even though I first complained about it in Sept!! BS...Its under warranty!! I have the sales invoice showing 6 MONTH warranty....what kind of crap is this?? Guess Im calling the BBB and my CU and charging it back....I WOULD NOT deal with this company....They lie and refuse to follow their OWN Warranty terms....

Bought a starter for a bmw 650i starter arrived but did not work.. waisted my time installing couldn’t get engine to crank took the starter out and to O’Reilly to test and starter was a dud

1 Star because I received the wrong item and reached out 3 different times trying to give them their item back. Do not buy from this website! It looked sketchy at first and I wish I would have trusted my gut.

Your website should be close I tray to buy some parts abd already but the parts did came to home saw I have to cancle the order Was Traying to talk to the customer services but no way to get an answer .. always close at my face by telling we will talk to you later and no one talk or sent an r mail . It’s true what I am telling you here guys

There a joke sent wrong part and still waiting on my refund been month don't use them there crooks I've reported them to FTC and bbb

Bought a starter on June11 of this year for my 2011 Escape...arrived in a few days and installed it BUT kept having lockup issues...thought it was something in the engine...Nope...the starter was jamming when trying to crank.. Asked for a replacement and got a text back saying it was out of warranty!! BS!! Its only been 3 months!!! Sales invoice says 6 months!! I'll never deal with this company again
