Went to Hertz in Des Plaines, Illinois today to buy a new car. From the first phone call and our back to back texts, I knew Andrew was my guy. When I arrived, he was awesome. Patient, helpful, and truly went above and beyond anything I have experienced with a car salesperson in my 56 years. The entire staff was wonderful and very supportive. First purchase was a 2019 in 2020, Versa in Orlando. Process was seemless. We just purchased a 2024 Rogue from their Clearwater office, very happy. Sales team really friendly; they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your choice.
