So I mostly use Hero Forge as a way to create digital characters rather than print them out. I was on the Pro plan + downloads and wanted to downgrade to just the Pro, as I didn't use the Download feature enough to justify paying for it. I got the reminder that the subscription ends tomorrow and I was able to cancel it before I got charged again. My main critique is that I couldn't change the plan to switch after tomorrow, not a big deal but it would be a bit more convenient. All to say, its working for what I use it for, Happy building!

I wanted to thank Heroforge for their responsiveness; indeed, I was disappointed with the result of the color printing of the figurine, however, after discussion with customer service, I received a refund.

so the minis look good enough for sure. but if you are expecting the colors to look anything as vibrant or similar to how they look on the design app, don't be fooled. they are pale in comparison. very light colors, no vibrancy. hand painted ones will look much better. that being said they are still pretty sweet and save you from painting them yourself. but don't expect the end result quality.

Mittlerweile liefert HF richtig gute Qualität im Segment der farbig-gedruckten Figuren. Die Details der farbigen Kunststoff-Figuren sind zwar nicht annähernd so genau wie beim Erstellprozess, aber das Endprodukt kann sich sehen lassen. Einzig, dass ich trotz vorheriger Bezahlung, doch noch ca. 10€ dem Postboten als "Rest-Zoll" bezahlen musste, stößt etwas auf. Die Kosten waren lt. Bezahlvorgang komplett erhoben und beglichen. Wer seinen einzigartigen Charakteren beim Tabletop oder P&P RPG auf den Tisch bringen und Leben einhauchen möchte, und nicht so gut mit Pinsel und Farben umgehen kann, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Bought mine premium plastic quality human miniature from Hero Forge and i'm really pleased of quality. it was better than excepted. It was bit on expensive side but custom is allways custom. -Software to design mini was pleasant to use. -Delivery overseas time span was ok. -Packaging was really good with little plastic box where mini was taped with extra stryofoamballs.

Really pleased with mine. A lot of the reviewers seem to have issues with shipping times, but mine arrived in just over two weeks, which is great and much sooner than expected. I splurged for the colored plastic model, and it looks great. I would have given it five stars, but I felt like when it renders it for you on the site, it adjusts the colors to show how it'll look, but it doesn't account for the quality of some of the finer details. So what I received wasn't exactly how it looked on the site, but I'm still really impressed. I would definitely go through Hero Forge again for my next miniature.

Was fun designing the perfect DND character and then seems a reasonable price for downloading the STL for 3D printing. Little bit pricy if you don't have a 3D printer.

I absolutely love everything about HeroForge. Let me state that it outright. I bought my first one 6 years ago. But since they've grown, the quality of the plastics has deteriorated. I have my original from 6 years ago and it's fantastic. I bought one a year ago and it's broken twice. If you're looking for one with no color, upgrade to the steel. The detail is the same, but the steel won't shatter when you sneeze on it. If you want color, they do a great job! But be aware that if you drop it not then 6 inches off the ground it will shatter. Great company, terrible plastic.
