I find that the overal quality on the screen doesn't match the quality of what you recieve. Most details are either skipped, blended into the mini or not even visible when the physical product arrives. With the price not being the cheapest having some details like bags in the clothing blend into the character or details barely visible.

What you get is extremely far from what you see. It's the same quality pretty much anyone could print for 1$. The details aren't there.

First, is great to be able to customize a miniature utilizing software like they provide. And, they do attempt to show you what you’re finished product will look like. The finished product image they show you definitely does not have as much detail as the initial computer image you use to generate your product. But the real problem here is, the product you receive has significantly less detail, and significantly less color than what was shown to you prior to placing your order. The miniature also has significant ‘ridging’ from the printing process, leaving most surfaces not really smooth. Although I was happy to create a character not available anywhere else, I was disappointed in the overall quality of final product that I received. Not worth the cost.

The miniature I customized had a decent overall shape. However, I was really disappointed because it lacked a lot of details seen in the editor. I had selected metallic colors and bright glossy colors for a lot of the details but the entire color palet was matte and not vibrant at all. In fact, the colors looked as if they had faded from sitting out in the sun. Ultimately, the final product did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from here again. You're better off buying a plain miniature and coloring it yourself.

The desing tools on the site is awesome and yes they warn you that the result of your creation will look different in real life. This is understandable. But I did not expect to pay well over 60 euros for a mini that is only 70% painted, leavind whole parts of the mini plain white, or that a print would be totally misaligned. Obviously there is no check on the end product of a machine painted product. When you contact customer service over this, they only offer a refund if you send the mini back at own expense. That means you can get a refund of 45 euros after having spend 30 euros on shipping. Those 30 euros are lost and you are left with no mini at all. This is not a solution. I would have been more than happy with a partial refund, keeping the mini and painting the missed out parts myself, if the refund had covered painting costs. But no, Heroforge is not interested in doing anything for their customers.

Shipped fast. When that's said the mini figure I ordered sucks!! The colors are way off. Every color is Matt and way too dark. Never ordering from this site again and would never recommend others

My nephew and I created a colour plastic mini together for his Christmas present. The only positive is that it shipped in less that an month. The mini itself is terrible. It's like the printer ran out of black ink. There is no shadow or definition on the body, and none of the details on the face have color, its all just the base skin color. After receiving it and reading other reviews, I finally found the place on their website where they mention that fine details might be 'indistinct' in the final print. Too bad this isn't mentioned when you choose the print option in the 'buy' menu, nor is it reflected in the tabletop preview shown. It's almost like they don't want you to find it.

Bought a custom figure for my son. The cape snapped off, so I put it on a shelf with some glue and forgot about it. It fell over at some point, I just went to glue the cape on, and it was on its side with the arm broken off. I don’t remember when the cape came off. I think it was a bday gift so probably in August. Noticed the arm today (12/31/25). I wouldn’t have e paid this much if I knew it was so fragile. 2 stars cuz it did look like what he had designed.
