I should've looked at the buying options before spending hours perfecting my miniature. I played around with paints a lot to get it to be just right, thinking I could get it to look at least a little bit like that when buying the final product. But, no, the colored, printed version is atrocious! I really don't see the point in having all these glossy paints if I'll have to paint it myself.

My very first, and also very last order from this company was not delivered and I am given a run around on getting any help resolving this issue. Way too expensive to be “lost” in the mail! Save money and buy a printer, there are many, many more affordable and reliable sources to get stl files to print! -1 stars would be my best evaluation of this companies service and quality of care!

bought a painted mini for fifty dollars, got a blurry, muddy mess of a mini. asked hero forge if that's the way it was supposed to look and they confirmed the quality. asked for a refund, hero forge told me to destroy the mini and send them pictures of the destroyed mini. Like some kind of angry ex girlfriend! They won't even give the stl file for free! Such a rip off! Couple the bad customer service and poor build quality with the extremely long shipping times and you have a 1 star company
