The package needs to be delivered in hand with my signature to make sure a secure delivery. I also made sure, it is reiterated in the comments while placing the order. The order was just kept on my Apartment floor. It's not even kept in the post box. I didn't get any notification regarding the delivery. The only notification I got is to ask for delivery confirmation. It's so not okay to deliver such a high value and precious products in such a manner. I am so disappointed in the delivery. Apart from that, the product is well packaged and it got delivered as they have described in the order description.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Do not order from this company. Try JM Bullion, BullionMax, or Bullion.com. These companies care about their customers & will take good care of you.

I have ordered from them before I've ordered gold and silver both transactions went through they got paid my bank is from Texas I'm a soldier with USAA Bank which is out of San Antonio Texas I try to order some gold they denied it $18,000 plus order they sent it back for fraud figure that out oh well I guess if they're asinine system won't take it I'll take my 18,000 somewhere else Iwould not recommend this company

Crooks are buying gold with other peoples money through this company and ripping off elderly people. My mother was robbed of her life savings and the gold came from here. Your security should be better it is ruining peoples lives.
