So far I am very happy with the service I receive at Hero Bullion. It ships fast and the product I order is there. Good customer service too.

Done promptly at the expected price.

Delivery a day early. Well packaged. As ordered. Lowest shipping below $149 available.

Communication about the status of the order and progress of the shipment.

Very fast shipping. Will buy more on the dips!

Smooth transaction. Thank you from a fellow crustation.

Price was good, purchasing was easy. This was a good experience, as was my previous purchase from Hero. My only complaint is that you are unable to pay by paper check unless the purchase is over $500, and no way am I giving a 3rd party my banking login information. For me personally, when I'm looking at prices, these being very competitive between similar web sites, the additional cost per oz for credit/debit card purchases under $500 usually causes me to make the smaller purchases elsewhere. That said, I am always comparing Hero Bullion to the other web sites and they have consistently good pricing. Maybe not the best on everything, but you can usually find something similar for a low price.

Quick shipping! These guys have a fantastic selection and some of the best pricing online.
