I do like the products. But the retail experience was not enjoyable. I bought more than I wanted, I was pressured into by the young salesboy. He asked me my age I told him I was 58, he then told me my neck made it look like I was 70. I bought products that were used on me, he had only one or two in stock and said the rest were to be delivered. When I received the shipped products, I received quite a few products that were never tried on me. I never saw them before, no instruction on how to use them. Beware of being pressure into buying a years worth of products that you've never tried.

I love the products. I was less than pleased with the experience in the retail store. I was promised that I could return the product if I didn’t get results, my receipt said no returns. Be careful where you purchase the products

Today was the first time I’ve ever heard of this brand. I was at the mall and a woman asked if I wanted a sample. I accepted the sample and she asked if I would like to try it so I followed into the store. She knew the product very well. She applied eye cream onto my eye area. I told her I was just recently laid off from work and being a single mom of three children their was no way I could afford paying $700 for eye cream. She kept insisting I should do something good for myself and I agree but I also have to be logical. Somehow she dropped th price a few times down to $125 plus tax. I was very tempted but I told her I had to think about it. Than her so call manager (a younger looking guy) was being very aggressive and persistent. Asking what credit card I’d be using. I had to get firm in order to escape the store. It was a awful experience!!!! Shame on these inconsiderate agreesive sales people!!!

I am so impressed with what I purchased. I am 53 and have terrible bags under my eyes because of an autoimmune issue and in a matter of 2 days I have seen huge improvements.

I purchased the Wrinkle Eraser to use around my eyes to reduce puffiness and lines after a thorough demonstration by Aiden in the Old Towne Scottsdale store. Although I have used it only 3 times it does what it is supposed to do, less puffiness and lines and it makes me look refreshed.

The undereye cream is amazing! I can instantly see the improvement!!

I love the product. I finished my old bottle only to find it again and couldn’t be happier! So glad I stumbled into them again! I am saving the information for my reorder. The product effects lasted long after stopping and began again right when I started it again! I upgraded and tried the face creAm this time and couldn’t be happier! The product is expensive but worth every penny!

I have been using Hermetise products for a year now and people comment on how young I look and how beautiful my skin is. I will definitely keep using it.
