Great customer service! The products work great!

I was pressured by three salespeople at a mid-mall pop-up shop into receiving a "free facial" using the Hermatise/Venofye products, which at the time appeared to have amazing results with skin-smoothing, wrinkle-erasing and brightening. After caving under their high-pressure tactics, I purchased the full line of products and regret it. The under-eye wrinkle eraser leaves a powdery film and cakes beneath makeup, the collagen peel clumps in my fine facial hair and the Bio cream moisturizer doesn't absorb and rubs off my cheeks in bits. The only products that did what they promised were the Venofye serum, the collagen moisturizer and the body lotion. For the amount of money spent on a product line, I am hugely disappointed in the majority of them. I wouldn't recommend all. Choose only the specific ones that actually work for you and forget the rest - and NEVER trust the sales staff!

I was made aware of this product while on vacation in Las Vegas and the saleswomen put some eye serum under my eyes and some wrinkle eraser on me and boy I could feel the difference under my eyes immediately. Needless to say I bought both and after a few weeks my fine lines are reduced and my eyes look brighter I even have had several compliments how good I look and I don't sleep much due to an illness so I always had bags under my eyes not anymore! Love this stuff!

Demonstrated in Cabo San Lucas; my husband was even amazed by his results!
