The customer service was excellent . Team members in town for a convention and did an incredible job . It was truly a luxurious experience. I felt like I was being taken care of from the moment we walked into the store. They even offer tea service samples while you shop! I have been using my moisturizer for almost two weeks and my skin feels incredible. I would recommend this brand to everyone!

My over lip lines seem to be getting less deep and much smoother since using Hermetise wrinkle eraser

I love the products and would recommend it to anyone. I would however improve the website...while it says Use this with this other product, there should be clear instructions on how much to use, and it what order to use (if you have several of the products). It is expensive to do trial an error.

I used the peeling treatment and moisturizer for the first time on my face, and so far, I am super impressed. I can’t wait to see how it helps my skin in the long run! Thanks to Mia at Tsawwassen Mills for helping me find this amazing product.

While in Hawaii I just happened to walk past a store that caught my attention and I'm very glad that I decided to go inside. I was very skeptical about the whole process since I've heard good and bad things about expensive facial products but since I had never tried them I thought I'd give it a try...and I am so glad that I did! I've only been using Hermetise products for a couple of months, but I can see such a difference in not only how I look but how my skin feels. I would highly recommend using their products to anyone!

What a load of b... Hard sales team standing on the street (South Molton), hand you a treatment cream sample and then under the pretext of going into shop to get a more suitable sample for your skin, you are lured in, and before you know it having cream samples applied to your face; on top of make up I might add. It becomes evident that it’s a scam when you see ‘dodgy’ looking men hovering around the shop, whilst others of the sales team appear back and forth from behind half drawn curtains. And then when you are told the mind-blowing prices, and gulp, the salesperson halves the price within seconds (no exaggeration) and a minute later the product is halved again and a facial thrown in for good measure. And the flattery is hilarious - beautiful skin for your age, clearly look after your skin - no age had been mentioned; fashionable, trusting face etc. It’s all quite amusing really. Give it a go and see how long you can scam them!

The woman I had who sold me this product was really kind and helpful. She did a tutorial of the peel off mask on my arm and instantly I could tell a difference in comparison to my other arm. I went home to use this product and I love it! I ended up using some of it on my brother too!

This isn’t as much a review as a question. I just started using the product that is in a syringe case. The product has had some lumps in it and to get it out of the dispenser I have to hold the tube around the base of the top to hold it into the case. Is that normal. Vicki Blake
