Stephanie's customer service was great. I purchased the Yabari Gold in October 2018. I had an issue with dispensing it in March. Stephanie arranged to have a replacement sent to me. I love this product. It is used 2x/week under the eyes and makes noticeable improvements. I splurged on the product and happy with it. I am a "young" 60 and I want my skin to be also:) I am thrilled that it was replaced with no hassle!!

I had a very bad experience being ambushed by two aggressive salesmen in Las Vegas. I believe they sold me a counterfeit syringe of Yubari Gold. I contacted Hermetise when I discovered the gloppy mess they had sold me. Stephanie in the Hermetise customer service department, requested that I send her pictures along with the receipt and the name and address of where I purchased it. She then facilitated that a new product would be sent to my home. I received and love the product. I have only used it twice, but I think it will be doing a super job the more I use it. Your customer service department is truly a “class act”.

I felt like it was doing the job for 6 days, but, I developed an allergy to it. It has been 5 days since I stopped using and I am still suffering. In all fairness, maybe it is just my skin, I don’t know.

I am extremely happy with my Hermetise products. I began using the whole system six days ago and already see lifting of the face and neck and reduction in wrinkles. I recommend this whole line 100%! The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and friendly and establish a lasting relationship with the customer so you can ask questions and get updates.

I tried the wrinkle eraser and I saw results immediately! My 80 yr old mother had visible results as well! I love this product! I also enjoyed the kindness of my salesman Ga'l. Great customer service!
