I got caught up in this bad experience. I have not even opened the boxes I have. I would like to return and get a refund. I feel awful for being scammed, I dont buy this kind of stuff. I'm sure they are laughing all they way to the bank. I really want a refund. May call the local news channel to see how to resolve this.

I too had the same expeirence shopping in Opry Mills Nashville, the product used on me is not the product I have bought , it’s the most expensive creams I have bought I felt I was under pressure to buy the products and now I feel I’ve been scammed also ,

I too, like the others mention below, felt like I was in a strong sales pitch however I immediately saw the results while trying their product in the store. Once I paid for the most expensive cream ever and brought it home, the results thereafter have been dismal. Once dried I only have white patches aggravated, very tight skin. I don’t recommend it and wonder what project the sales team used on my face in the store.

Ugh. I foolishly let myself get talked into purchasing the Yubari King Wrinkle reducer. Worked great in the store - although the sales were very pushy I held on until what I thought was a reasonable price because I liked the results. 1. Got home to a plastic wrap that fell off like I would expect from a Wish.com item. 2. Had a hard time getting it to come out of the syringe because it was all dried up. 3. Used that same night - woke up with no difference. You could still tell on the one side from the night before in the store, but I'm convinced this is NOT the same stuff. Dollar store results at a kings ransom price.

I can honestly say that Stephanie in customer service is one of the most professional and courteous people I have had the pleasure to deal with. I give HER the 5 Stars! I only have had experience with a mall representative so can not honestly review products. Only that Stephanie was kind enough to address my concerns. Hermetise should be proud to have her as part of their customer care. She is a true asset!

I am afraid that I also fell for a Hermetise skin care scam. A week ago I was vacationing in Poipu, Kauai, while shopping I was approached by a salesperson with a sample cream then I was lured in and suddenly I had a cream applied under my eyes and over wrinkles on the right side of my face. The high pressure sales pitch continued for some time, I tried to leave but found it difficult to do so. The products were extremely expense and I was offered a discount. The discounted price was better but was still way more than I would usually spend. In the end I was convinced they were superior products and I reluctantly purchased a kit that included eye creme, facial cream, cleanser, wrinkle eraser, and two different masks. I have been using these products for a week and I am a bit confused. They do not seem to be the same products that were used on me in the store. I am not getting the same results. My skin is typically on the oily side and after using these products, my skin feels tight and dry. I looked at the Hermetise website to be sure I am using them correctly and I found that the instructions for both the moisturizer and eye cream state that is works best if proceeded with professional facial serum or with the eye serum. If the serums are part of the regimen, why would that have not been included in my kit that I purchased for $1,400? The instructions that were given to me did not even mention serums. I am very upset by this whole situation as I spent a lot more than I normally would on skin care and I ended up with products that are ineffective and likely not the product I thought I was buying.

I was very impressed with Stephanie’s quick response and turn-around in sending two replacement products as well as some other sample products. She let me chose two replacement products. I didn’t think I could go wrong with eye cream and moisturizer. I selected the Eye Serum and Age Defying moisturizer. I’m actually loving both products. Thanks Stephanie!

Very very disappointed. I too purchased the eye cream for puffy eyes based on the salesperson’s assurance that this was a long acting product. I told him I was considering surgery which was going to cost $6,000, but he convinced me I would see improvement over a year, and by the end of the year I probably wouldn’t need it... While I will say it works very well under makeup, I was not looking for a $400 concealer- yes I paid less than the advertised price of $1,119 but still a rip-off not to mention false advertising. The chat line on the website confirmed this was an as-needed product. And then he was trying to push the red light device on me for $4,000 and when I balked he tried to give me the 70% discount...thank goodness I was able to resist. My bad for trusting a mall sales rep, never before and never again. Feeling very foolish... 17Feb20 update- so I responded to the company’s efforts to send their token gift on Jan 14th and to date I’ve not even received acknowledgement of my response email leave alone the gift. Would reduce my one star to a negative star if I could. 21Feb19 - spoke with a very helpful person named Betty who was very helpful and willing to make things right. Apparently Stephanie is no longer with the company. She will be sending me a gift package. I must admit I have never experienced a company this willing to reverse a bad review and I’m impressed that they’re so supportive and stand behind their products. My thanks for your efforts.
