This is an amazing online store. I have purchased many products over the time from this site all are of excellent quality. The brightening products are best though. All products arrived earlier then expected. I would surely shop more from here. No customer support or logistics issues.

Excellent online store this is. I recently ordered beauty products from here, they all are really good and all arrived within the time frame. I had no logistics issues either. I would recommend this site.

The store located on Queen street near spadina has tricked my brother who is deaf and dumb into purchasing over $600 products. How can somebody take an advantage of an disabled person? My brother came home very worried because they have made him spent his monthly rent money to buy products that they can’t guarantee 100% if it will really work. I was very disappointed knowing one human can trick another person that easily. The products were packaged in very cheap materials and they made him buy not just one but 6 other items. I highly recommend not to shop from this company.

I received my order yesterday. I ordered two products and one item was not what I ordered. The item was very expensive and now I will have to try to return it and have it replaced with what I originally ordered!!! Now I have to re-review this company. Although they originally made a mistake, they called me and told me to keep the product sent in error. And, more importantly, they expedited the product I originally ordered at no additional cost! I am very happy with Hermitise.

mask regular price $2400, today $1800. I said I can not afford it. Then they offer me $300! Isn't it shocking?

Please let me know which location was it so I can make sure the owner is aware of one of his sales associate’s behavior. I will see through that necessary action be taken seriously and into effect. I would like to apologize to you, again, on behalf of our company. Your feedback is very valuable to us. Please feel free to let me know of any other experiences you have had or any thoughts.
