I had a situation with this company. and they were not willing to resolve it. But Michael at Heritage Associates stepped in and let me see that they care about their clients and being on the side of right.

Updated on July 17, 2023: All of the concerns here with Lincoln Heritage were completely valid and your frustration was absolutely warranted. You made what should have been a simple request. You requested to move your recurring payment date to the 25th of each month, and the Service advisor at Lincoln Heritage incorrectly changed the recurring payment date to the 5th of each month instead of the 25th beginning in July. This was an unacceptable error. Thank you for working with Michael and our agency, Heritage Associates. Your earnestness and cooperation enabled us to coordinate with Lincoln Heritage directly to call attention to the error and have Lincoln Heritage overnight you a refund check.
