Superior customer service, answered all my questions and explained in detail all I needed to know. Extremely knowledgeable on what to expect and how the company will handle the claim in a step by step manner. Will be reaching out to her again soon.

My experience with Lincoln Heritage was extremely satisfying and I must commend Robin, my representative for her exceptional service. She addressed all my concerns, answered all my questions and provided detailed explanation of the process. And the policy was very affordable.

Wonderful Experience
My interaction with Lincoln Heritage Associates for my funeral policy was great. My representative Robin Akin was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and courteous. She explained all of the policies available and listened to my requests and provided exactly the type of policy I am currently enrolled with. She did not waste my time trying to sell me a policy I was not interested in and provided my options and monetary expenses in line with my budget.
