I ordered Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg
I ordered Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. 1000 capsules (price about 20 dollars) but was sent Diphenhydramine HCI 50mg. 100 capsules (price about 3 dollars). in addition to the price difference, international shipping and tolls were significant. This type of mistake should not happen when selling medication. Follow up- in response to my complaints the company offered to refund or send the correct item. I chose the correct item but now the company says they will only refund. We shall see what happens.

Order taking well over more than a…
Order taking well over more than a month. No updates from tracking. No replies from support emails to my questions. No refund received and I have yet to receive it (updated 7th June 2025).

Do not I repeat do not order from this…
Do not I repeat do not order from this company. They tout same-day shipping. It’s been seven days and my order has not even shipped yet. It took me four times to get to speak to someone and when you call the option number two for customer service or tracking doesn’t work I tried it three times and no one answers that phone. It just goes dead, I was forced to take option one which is to order something and that person knows nothing they could not tell me what the problem was in the meantime in the meantime, I have received no emails no responses to my four emails no tracking information nothing. They shouldn’t even be in business. They suck .

Scam vibes

BEWARE
BEWARE! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! My experience doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a $67 probiotic which requires refrigeration. When I received it, they packed it with 2 gel packs that were completely thawed out and lukewarm warm. The probiotic was room temperature and no good since it wasn’t cold. I called several times and left messages with no response. I also sent 2 emails with no response. This company and the people running it are shysters. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

My order was canceled after 3 weeks od waiting and money wasn't refunded and its Been around a week
I order on april 13 on the website it was sed it will be send between 21-23 april a waited 1 week more then i should so Like 25-30 april i checked on the website but its wasn't send today is 7 of may my order was canceled on 2 may and my money wasn't refunded to this day and i still didn't get a reply from them just don't order from them

It’s been one month and no product
It’s been one month and no product. It shipped and was somehow redirected back to their warehouse. I finally ended up receiving my item. But the reshipment tracking, etc was never updated/accurate. It took 1 month total for order to get here.

Crap service!!
Order made on the 15th of April emailed them on 25th of April as I had had no tracking details sent...they replied said it would be sent on the 28th of April. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since that email and still no tracking details...and they won't reply to any more emails....crap customer service!!!
