I ordered a Jarrow product. It's been two weeks and they still haven't shipped my product. I have emailed and messaged them multiple times and they will not respond. They are located in Hayward, California. If you sift through all the fake 5 star reviews there are a ton of people complaining about this issue. This is a scam business. Please avoid.

Ordered some melatonin from HerbsPro and received email to say I received points for placing order, but no order email. Checked account orders and no record.. yet money taken from my bank. Sent them two emails and left message on their chat system with NO reply. they area dirty company and now I am having to contest with my bank. DO NOT USE HerbsPro!

I placed an order with HerbsPro expecting professional service, but waited weeks with no shipping update and zero response from customer support. My item never arrived and they ignored my follow-up emails. Unacceptable experience—avoid this company.

The product selection and pricing at HerbsPro were good, but my order arrived much later than expected and customer service was slow to respond. Packaging was also less secure than I hoped. Decent overall, but improvements are needed.

Misled by incorrect advertising, they declined to address. Outside UK’s trading standards. Avoid this retailer.

I ordered a few items for eczema. The eczema then improved quite quickly as I'd tried a few things for it (inc air purifier, antihistamine, etc) so I didn't need those items from herbspro anymore. So I emailed herbspro and asked to cancel my order. Their customer service officer Aiden replied to me promptly and cancelled my order immediately (thankfully it hadn't shipped). Thank you!

Completed a simply order for dental floss but the wrong item was delivered. Sent Herbspro numerous emails regarding this matter and they directed me to send photos of the product that was delivered, the bar code, and a couple of other photos. They "promised" that if they could not send the correct item they would refund my money. That was over 3 weeks ago and not correct product nor refund, not answers to any of my followup emails. I would NOT recommend this company! Additionally, their website for follow up simply sucks.
